Love all your videos and glad you tried the lemongrass soup! 👍 Learned from my Thai mother in law- and of course only suggestions- we make them as meals eaten with rice ...cooked with shrimp or scallops... double your lemongrass. Also instead of a premade broth, use water but find a tamarind based paste 😉(peppers for spice lovers). Maybe even kangkong for greens. Skip the soy sauce... and per person’s taste, add fish sauce and lime in each bowl - serve with rice . ...again, just another way to try. Wish I could share photos. Keep up the great videos!

Rob Bob's Aquaponics & Backyard Farm I was about to say the same thing! My husband is half Thai and we use fish sauce and lime in bowls(not while cooking), but not use a premade broth- we use tamarind base paste and of course peppers! 😁

It looks oh so good! Pacific broth is my favorite brand! I absolutely love mushrooms but haven't been able to eat them in over 10 years due to being allergic so I'll have to find a substitute or just leave it out! I have everything else growing in my garden even have a kefir lime tree!

Sad news for me, guys... just came home from a two week stay in a convalescent home due to peripheral pitting edema and a UTI to discover that all of my plants had succumbed to an unexpected drop in temperature here in SoCal and were dead as a doornail. Boo-hoo! Now, I have to start again from scratch, so wish me luck! Hopefully my order with the Orange Rousollini tomatoes will arrive soon so they can be amongst the new batch of seedlings. Hope no one else suffers this kind of set-back. Happy growing!

I had gallbladder surgery to remove it. After the surgery, the hospital gave me hot bone broth in a cup. It was so delicious, I wanted 2nd round, and the nurse was refusing to give 2nd round afraid the stomach would be upset, but she ended up giving me 2nd round of the bone broth. The nurse was right. Needs to stick just with one cup of pleasure.
