It’s all about breath support, placement, mix, and compression. Very hard skill to learn but not impossible. Yes, Chris was the greatest singer ever

You can totaly learn how to sing like that. But it's just like training in the gym, you can hit the heavy weights on the first try man. It takes years to get there. Chris was a super talented and inteligetn human being, who self-developed that power as he grew up. One of a kind for sure, but you can learn how to do it like that too. It's just practice. ♥ and Of course... No one sings like him anymore....

His voice shines when he is in killer band, with the best musicians.Audioslave was awesome, but I think that SG always are the perfect band for his range, it's natural, they were together. I read a "critique" journalist about King Animal that was more or less like "SG had improved their formula hard rock-mistique-sensuous". As if those were bad things. Go figure. His solo work is amazing too, of course, specially Euphoria Morning, which is highly underrated. He did what he wanted and when he wanted. Probably this was the reason behind how prolific he was.
