During the cross-examination of Amber Heard on Monday, Johnny Depp's lawyer grilled Heard about her failure to donate the $7 million divorce settlement to charity. Heard pledged to donate the entire $7 million to charity after the divorce, stating that she doesn't want the money. However, as of today, Amber has not fulfilled her obligations.

    I think she' better than Wayne Dennison. I like her style of really lining up the evidence she wants for a particular point, then throws a haymaker as to Heard's motivation. They're just right where they aren't outlandish, but at the same time if true make Heard out to be just the most evil and sociopathic of manipulators. I'm really wondering myself.     I think what annoyed AH the most was NOT necessarily Camille’s cross, but the fact that JD wouldn’t even glance at her; he TOTALLY IGNORED HER and froze her out as though she didn’t exist. For such a deeply disturbed, narcissistic manipulative person with a personality and histrionic disorders, this would have eaten at her ego, every single day of this trial.

    I just wanna point out that if she really thought pledge and donate were synonymous she would have no issue saying "yes I donated" instead of "yes I pledged", because those should be the same to her. The fact that she is unwilling and is refusing to use the word "donate" instead of "pledge" should be evidence enough that to her, "pledge" and "donate" isn't actually synonymous, and that her statement that she uses those words synonymously is completely untrue.

    I'm watching the trial again (3 months later) and it's just as awful as I remembered. Amber Heard apparently had full recollection of every moment with Depp but was always "fuzzy" on the details of things she's said and/or done.
