1 glass of milk (200 ml).
2 teaspoons of red chili powder.
1 cup of flour (120 grams).
1.5 teaspoons of salt (12 grams).
For frying: vegetable oil.

1.5 cups of water (300 ml).
1.5 teaspoons of salt (12 grams).
1 teaspoon of thyme.
1-2 teaspoons of black pepper.
1 teaspoon of red chili powder.
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
olive oil ( 50 ml ).
cheddar cheese (150 grams).
For the Onion Appetizer
2 onions.
2 red peppers.
1 teaspoon of sugar.
water ( 50 ml ).
salt.
black pepper.
Red powdered pepper.
1 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

В рецепте на русском языке написано 2 ложки порошка чили, а на самом деле это паприка, будьте осторожны))

Désolée, ce n'est pas manger sainement en mettant autant de sel. Pour la Suisse romande , pour beaucoup le foie est cuit , rosé. En fin s de cuisson, une bonne giclée de vinaigre balsamique .

Нарезать печень порционнвми кусками и посыпать содой, перемешать и оставить минут на 15-20. Хорошо промыть, обвалять в муке, , жарить на раскпленой. сковороде, все время переворачивать её. Потом посолить добавить лук, сметану, подлить горячей воды и ещё потушить. Очень мягкая печень говяжья.

I love liver, my mum used to make the nicest liver and onions. Thank you so much for the beautiful recipe! ❤ It’s very different to how we traditionally cook liver (I’m Irish, living in the UK) - we usually cook it slowly on low heat, with onions and bacon. I’m fascinated to try this recipe as it’s so unlike any way I’ve eaten liver before!
