The final event and we only get 1 run. Absolutely ridiculous. I love WSM, but this is why the Arnold and Shaw Classic are clearly better shows. You get to see it all.

So we don't even put Brian's last stone run in the show? No one's had a longer and more successful career at World's. That's a pretty bad decision.

The issues with 2023 WSM. 1. No live coverage 2. No tickets for a seat 3. 1year late upload 4. Cutting out 80% of competitors that worked so hard for this. 5. Strong man profiles including spoilers of what is coming. The strongmen are completely amazing could get so much bigger reach worldwide. People running the sport does not try hard enough.

WSM thinks it still lives in the C*VID era: no tickets and not even a livestream (might get you bugs)... Well, it's the biggest show I get least excited for. I don't have a TV and don't plan to. TVs are for elderly people in nursing homes, where the TV is on day and night and the locals hang in front of it in a stupor, maybe one granny with drool dripping out one corner of her mouth. I am glad, however, Hooper won. He's a worthy champion, even if some of the events are not given much thought by the organizers. Sometimes, it's the world's fastest man, you see, but Hooper is also that.
