A good review of Lulu’s life. You though missed the fact that her big career break came when she not only sang to Sir With Love but also stared in the movie.To Sir. With Love..
Disappointed that the video didn't reveal what it promised. This use of fake clickbait will lose you viewers.
Thanks..I was always a Lulu fan but lost track of her in later years :( Glad to know she's still doing well in spite of all the odds 🎉 Sad about Mr Gibb..drugs n alcohol..the downfall of mankind and even more so today :/

To Sir with Love is a favourite of mine. Lulu was a positive person in my younger life, on so many different shows.
Saw LuLu back in the 60s got her autograph I thought what a looker WOW !!!. xx.
She has the most underrated, superb recognisable and utterly fantastic singing voice ever.
I feel fortunate to have spoken with her a handful of times. She's so lovely.

I was wondering about that too - I had never heard that the Beatles had anything to do with her career . I’ve always wanted to be able to meet lovely Lulu . She shares the same birthday as my mum .
So it was Maurice Gibb, which isn't a revelation at all considering they were married.

Vid was a good mini compilation of her career but agree completely that it was click bait. My curiosity with this was to show my husband how much LuLu and I look alike, much more so when we were in our twenties and thirties. When To Sir With Love came out I was constantly told I looked just like her. It’s a little weird that in some of the images we are eerily like twins. I’m American and do have about 20% Scottish/Irish, so who knows😂? I saw the vid of her singing with Maurice Gibb just a few months before he died. They remained close and I thought I had heard it said before that he was the real love of her life. Who knows. In either event, they were both very nice people from humble beginnings who never let fame and fortune change them on a personal level. God rest Maurice and Bless LuLu.

In the end, Lulu had an ill-fated relationship and short marriage with Robin Gibb.. (BEE GEES), she would have been better off with Scott 🚶 Walker, he already been through his melancholic phase, with.. 'Without Love' classic song! 💖 🤗 🤔☮️💖
