this is quite the recent video, damn. I was pretty bummed out to know that i can't upgrade my ram since I have the same model. But glad to know that I apparently can upgrade to an ssd. my laptop is apparently slowing down, so I hope upgrading to a 960 or a 480gb ssd, would make my laptop faster. Since this is a hand me down, i hope i could use it until i could buy my own, so i'm resorting to upgrades instead. Thank for the info! Subbed!

I have the same exact model you have. Can you recommend me a Sdd that's compatible in this laptop. Or does the crucial mx500 250gb is good for this laptop?

brother, My laptop name Asus X441Sa, 4 gb ram. but no separate ram slot. ram is fixed. i have 2 small question. 1) can i change ram which is fixed? 2) if i want to upgrade SSD, should it support NVME? or SATA

Changing the fixed RAM in a laptop is not recommended unless you have extensive technical knowledge and expertise in techniques like BGA reballing. It's a complex process that requires advanced skills and specialized equipment. #2. As for storage, you can only install a 2.5" SSD with a maximum capacity of 2TB. You can install up to a 1TB SSD without any issues, my friend. The larger the SSD, the better the performance and durability. Higher GB capacity on an SSD generally results in faster read and write speeds.

oh ya now this days they don't like people upgrading easy, or make them to go to service center so they can make more money off clients :( its sad but marketing at its best right now. but im here if you ever need extra help doing it.
