Is it still open if I remove the battery?

Hi! I have the same laptop. The problem is it turns off when moved slighty. Is the battery loose? do you have solution for this? Thank you in advance.

Thank you! for the feedback and your support to the channel by SUB :P regarding your question: I need to know the following: #1. when you use it with power adapter and move it, it turns off? #2. does it turn off when its only using with battery when moving? #3.if you dont move it connected or with battery only, it wont turn off?

@@uFixTek if its plugged, it works fine even if I moved it. It only turns off when unplugged/using battery then I move it.

ok then follow the video open it up and remove the battery and plug it back. it should fix your problem the battery is held with adhesive it may be dry and the battery is moved and making bad contact.

we have the same laptop and i can't use it because the laptop cannot detect the battery, i don't know if the battery is the problem or the battery plug on the laptop itself.

Regarding your question, can you power on the laptop with the charger connected?, if so then the issue is not the charger or the connector, because you should be able to power on the laptop without the battery. your battery may be gone bad i highly recommend you replace the battery. cheers🍻

@@uFixTek yes i can use the laptop with the charger on, i mean is that i don't know if the Battery or the Battery plug inside of the laptop is the problem. Thank you for your response

we do get this issue on this laptops a lot and it is always a bad faulty battery or the battery is gone bad, replace the battery and you be fine.

@@uFixTek Thank youuuu😊 i hope it works i will buy a battery now, the only problem i worry is that maybe it is not the battery that has a problem i thought that it is the battery plug inside of a laptop. But if you said that it is the bad battery then i will buy a battery. Thank youuu again😊😊

make sure it is the same form and shape as the old one, and use a bit of more force to place the battery in there. cheers🍻
