The problem is.. When it is on video or document/Text. There is no investigation needed. Why are they not instantly fired? Not allowed to quit and become a Police somewhere else or Retire and collect benefits. All that needs to be taken away,, period. This loophole needs to be closed. Elimination from police, security Gaurd. Permanently. Why is this not protocol? We have a serious police problem that is not being addressed/dealt with. Stop this madness and fire them.

Lady, I lost 4 family members in one week from Covid(one being my mothers last sibling). We lost an aunt 6 months before the last one passed away; my hours at work are constantly compromised, I had an emergency surgery for something I had no idea I was dealing with, until the sharp pain a day before the surgery. I still struggle with other medical issues that hopefully don’t effect me too much longer. I lost a brother to murder and a sickly sister! But I did not and will not blame any other race for what my family has had to deal with. Grow up!

What does putting a wrong PC code on Woman's serious burglary report and separating her Family have to do with reacting with prejudice and racists attitudes. This is just more and more tolerance for People that hands down has not been qualified to work with the public for centuries. How long does it take to see that prejudice and racists People will come up with anything to be abusive at their jobs. "He/She is bothering me." How can Someone be bothering public Employees. The Employees work with the public. Maybe these public Employees are seeing these People so much because the Employees are not complying to their own laws too busy being prejudice and racists toward the People that need their business handled to move on to the next chapter in their lives. Why should the People handling their r business has to harassed and held up for prejudice and racists People who make these reckless jokes and causes violence and deaths. When are the facts going to sink in. The City, State, and Federal Government Employees are not complying to be their own laws and that is why they see People coming where they work to get their business.l handled frequently. We cannot keep being told something that should have been handled has a timeframe. There is only justice now. It is called "follow ups" in statue to not hold People up because of personal feelings or doing a favor for Friends, Families, and Colleagues. No One is bothering public Employees after proof has been shown that these People have to make a Police report to receive justice. This is an outrage most definitely.

The system and law enforcement will NOT CHANGE unless they face Real consequences and have to pay out of there OWN pocket when they get sued, and we need to GET RID OF QUALIFIED IMMUNITY. A librarian is held to higher standards then law enforcement is.

Baltimore Md is a segregated city. Education is sooo bad the city receives extra money to teach 23 years old 9th graders. An associate of mine asked me what is 5x20 and I asked him you’re saying you can’t count money. He’s an investor. I told him his bad math skills is going to catch up with him one day. I told him use a printer calculator.
