Black Police Chief Fired For Reforming Racist Charlottesville Department

Newly hired police chief RaShall Brackney found widespread racism in the police department she was hired to oversee and reform, but not long after she got to work, she was threatened and fired. Dr. Rashad Richey and Sharon Reed discuss on Indisputable. Tell us what you think in the comments below.
Read more here: www.yahoo.com/...
"After a midsummer meeting in June 2021, newly hired police chief RaShall Brackney felt the need to double down on her personal safety, unholstering her gun as she left headquarters. Brackney’s fear however was not prompted by the activity on the streets, or even the ongoing public threats made against the police department over the years. Instead, she found herself afraid of her own subordinates, cops who wanted her gone after making some controversial, yet necessary shake ups throughout the force.
That same year, an internal probe was being conducted of the 15 member SWAT team. According to a report obtained by The Washington Post, there were more than just a few issues that required addressing. There was evidence of several officers making racist remarks. One text in particular read that they should “take out” the command staff. And while Brackney found this concerning, most others on staff blew the comment off. The report additionally found an officer training a new hire on how to hide misconduct."

Sho Jo/ Your absolutely correct, when you stand up for what's right and against wrongdoing,, you stand alone. I know that story way to well. Our country is now build on Racsim, Corruption and entitlement of the powerful and their Buddy System. Prime example is the Senate and the Congress. This is one reason there is so much unrest. Extreme, Racsim, Supremacist ideology is spreading like wildfire in America as we know it today.

this is what happens when you speak out against police wrong doing, you are made out to be the bad guy. she realized that racism was pervasive in that racist department and the command staff decided to retaliate against her by tell lies, use deceptions and exaggerations along with sarcasms and anything they could find to confuse the truth. this is standard procedure right out of the police department's unofficial handbook and they use it all the time. this is what 28 plus years in law enforcement taught me....... live and learn black people
