Hello Madam, thank you for all the bells palsy videos. After my twins delivered through c-section surgery, I was affected by bells palsy. It took about 4 weeks to 99.9% recovery. However I feel that the cranial nerve is weak sometimes and the affected area gets slightly inflamed and painful. Please advise any precautions that i need to take 🙏 thank you

So I apologize. Does your head still hurt after the initial palsy? Mine hurts in the same are as pre Bell Palsy but not as intense as before but still. Also today is my day 4 and I woke up with ear pain and my left side which is the affected side hurts. And I feel my facial muscles having twitching or spams every once in a while. I'm wondering if it is normal. I'm taking Turmeric, vitamin B12, vitamin B6 Acyclovir and Prednisone. Did the doctor give you other type of medicine? I'm following your advice and I'm trying to stay positive. It's kind or depressing but I want to really stay positive! I pray you are doing much better and keep being strong.
