Been going through this for six days now, based in South Africa I'm 36 of age. I was admitted to the hospital for 4 nights and the Doctor gave me antivirals as my ear was swollen and gave me some steroids, I have started with physiotherapy and I'm hopeful and motivated to beat this. It's 5 weeks now since I got Bell's palsy, I am 80% recovered now, I'm 36 years old based in South Africa. Thank you for all your videos, would like to tell whoever might be going through this that don't panic, take your meds, I had steroids and antivirals while in hospital and orally while at home. I also went to take B12 complex and vitamin A via the drip at my nearest IV store, do your exercises and attend physiotherapy, This is very important.

I'm on my three weeks now on bells palsy i'm doing good maybe 70/80 % of healing,your videos really gives me so much informations what i need to know about bells palsy,and the exercise i do it two times a day it really helps a lot thank you very much!!🙏

@@eeriyeol693 i know how you feel,please don't panic..i'm now on 4th week and i'm almost 100% recover just stay calm time will heal you,take vitb+eat healthy food,drink lots of water,and don't stress yourself eat eggs,fruits like banana drink milk,and make sure you sleep 8/9hours a day it really helps you a lot..

Maam you really helped me a lot I was suffering from bells palsy and it took me 9 days to recover fully. I want to tell all my palsy mate that go to a neurologist and take proper medicines and yes excercise is very important! And you ll get recovered within 10-15 days fully

there are many reasons which could lead to delay in bells palsy, it needs proper investigation. Please see a neurologist.

@@qiananoelle1866 IAM getting better. Now I can move my eyebrow but mouth part still need to improve. Besides medication I give more importance on gentle massage & facial excercise. Soon all of us will overcome this palsy.👍

Hi Doc... Im Ronilyn Escario, from Philippines... I am suffering bells palsy since Dec. 28, 2020 until now... This is my first time experience, i have bells palsy in my right side of my face and i loss my hearing in my right side of my ear., after more than 2 months my bells palsy in my right face is already recover but my hearing in my right side is already loss until now... after few days when my bells palsy recover in my right side, my bells palsy transfer to my left side of my face, i dont know what happened and why this is happening to me? Until now i am recovering but my eyes in my left side is suffering... Im scared maybe my eyes will affected because of my bells palsy just like my ear in the right side... since i have bells palsy, i only drinking vitamin B and doing some facial massage that i saw in your channel/vlog., i didnt go to physician because we dont have enough money to check up... Yes it's normal.. you had pain at the back of your ear,headache,hard to talk ,hard to eat,numb on your tongue,face,hard to drink,can't smile properly..all of them are sign of bells palsy.

@@jelbertmiraflor9937 i don't take any medication,i do facial massage two times a day in the morning and before bedtime,i'll take my vitamin B,eat healthy foods like eggs,fruits,banana,beans,beef,drink lots of water,milk,sleeping 8 to 9 hours it can help you a lot.

Dr.It happened once when I was 14 but it revecored.But now the second time is about a year how to do I am only 16😭

Have you tried B12 I had Bell’s palsy for 1 month and 2 weeks tried everything till I got injected with Dolo Neurobion injection read up on it after my first injection I had a small twitch on left side of face after 10 minutes I was amazed
