sUwUicide 100 is actually pretty high. The healthier your cardiovascular system is, the lower your resting heart rate is. Anywhere from 90-100 is usually considered a risk rate. Say for example...I run pretty often to try and improve that system, eat somewhat healthy, as well as work out maybe twice a week. My resting heart rate is 61.
