Why did i find this so funny?

You need to do an ASMR where you roleplay as a Captain of a pirate ship and we're one of your valuable crew mates. I think it would be awesome with gentle chains in the background, soft whispering and maybe some tapping on ancient artifacts we've plundered over the years with you explaining each artifact and how we came to come across it. You could even implement the sound of waves carefully brushing against the ship as we sail across the seas.

I know you'll probably never see this comment on a 4 year old video, but I've continuously watched it to help me fall asleep hundreds of times over the past 4 years and its gotta be the greatest video ever made. Thank you, I really wish there was a sequel where you returned to see us "in a better place"

I fell asleep while watching this and had a dream i was kid napped and that this was playing in the backround while i was getting beat up.

I know it is very off topic, but i love the wooden bowl and wooden spoon. The sounds they make are so much more calming than a metal spoon and a clay/or whatever they use. (i hate the clinking sound it makes)

my best guess would be a Panasonic or Sony mirrorless, but it could also be a DSLR. He's definitely using some decent photography lenses and that's what matters. But it's also a lot about how well he's lighting the scenes. Proper lighting goes a long way and is arguably a lot more important than the camera you're using.

I love this scenario. I know it's all make-believe for relaxing (I mean, what else do we listen to ASMR for?) so it's *designed* to be pleasant, but there's something here that appeals to me beyond that. I've been through quite a bit, so hearing that I'm safe and that this was for my own good just made it feel all the more immersive. This sort of creativity and comfort just isn't something you find around the internet often
