    The power of switching from yes to no perhaps lies in that saying no gives the counterpart a sense of control while yes is a signal of giving in to the other side

    This is actually one of your best videos Mr.Voss. You should market with this. This is the essence of the technique of negotiation in 2 minutes. I don't want my rivals to see this! : ) You look like a class act in this video. You make the world a better place. #FBI #BlackSwanGroup #Business I bet there is stuff you can't share, as well. But maybe there is more depth and complicated understanding to expand upon. something technical in nature. #ChrisVoss
