- Cucumber : 1 or 320 grams
- Salt : 1/2 teaspoon
- Chilli flakes : 1 teaspoon
- Garlic minced: 1 teaspoon or 1 clove
- Sesame seeds : 1 teaspoon
- Lime juice : 1/2 teaspoon
- Soy sauce : 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil : 2 tablespoon (in the video we used cooking olive oil)
- Sugar : 1 teaspoon
