Too complicated for a veg dish😮

This was one of the best recipes I've gotten off of KZread, and certainly the best cucumber dish I've ever had. And the best part is it's very easy with simple ingredients.

Lovely recipe for cucumbers 🥒 😋 but I would eat the juicy tender seeds as well in one go.

In my hometown Singapore the Malays call it Achar or Pickled Veg. We also use julienned carrots, Pineapple chunks, and any veg cabbage or beans u may prefer. And add some vinegar or lime juice to give it a zing. !!!
