Fearing a bipedal dog that mastered martial arts and has all those aura abilities is a bit less dumb, provided were are talking in the pokemon world, though if you lived in that world its one of the mildest threats with the insanity that are so many pokemon.

Some phobias are pretty dumb though. - Auraphobia: the irrational fear of gold (though, now that I think about it, it'd be hillarious to see a Conquistador suffer from that phobia), but as far as I know, there is nothing like an argentophobia or fear of silver, even though there are more Stories where silver had negative effects and there are (apparently) people who believe themselves to be werewolves. - Photophobia: the fear of light - Phonophobia: the fear of sound Then, these next ones, I can't remember their scientific names, but: - the fear of beards - the fear of Hair - the irrational fear, that somehow, somewhere, for some reason, there is a duck watching them - the fear of (pretty) women - the fear of *both* _moving_ and being _stationary?_ Like, how do you even live like that? Wouldn't you be constantly screaming and crying due to either moving or standing still? And one of my favourite dumb phobias: Phobophobia: the irrational fear of fear There's an entire catalogue of phobias out there. Seriously, several years back, I found a list of phobias, that was just: Scientific name of phobia: what the Name means in laymans terms For example: Auraphobia: the fear of gold Just that simple Layout, one after another, neatly sorted by Alphabet. And that list was so long, I don't know how many A4 Pages it'd fill, but you could probably fill a book the size of a small novel just with that. Though, something I was astonished not to find on that list was a fear of breasts. That was the original reason I looked for such a list, because my brain randomly threw that thought at me, and I wondered what the scientific name would be. All that, because I wondered: how would a girl react, or live their normal life, if they suffered from that phobia, once they hit puperty? But as said, apparently, that phobia isn't a thing, so to this day, I have no answer to that question. And I understand, it's an irrational fear, so I don't make fun of the people suffering from them. It's just... I simply can't grasp the concept of some of them.

@@derskalde4973 look up Triskaidekaphobia, the fear of the number 13, and the glorious magic the gathering card named it. The art on it is just perfection. Count anything in the hut, there will be 13.

for those that don't remember the Johnny Bravo skit. the female clown was in an "in case of evil clown" emergency kit. he used her to catch the evil clown tormenting him then took HIM into the bathroom. (to beat up and flush down the toilet. nothing naughty xD) obviously the internet has chosen to edit it in the most kinky way possible. (After that he was punished because the plane needs 2 clowns to land apparently so he had to be a clown on the wing the rest of the flight.)
