For those that don't know Gushing Over Magical Girls... A fourteen-year-old girl is obsessed with a team of magical girls around her age, gets forcibly turned into a villain, and gradually learns that she's actually a sadist. Can confirm about Gushing Over Magical Girls being more lewd than Chained Soldier. Can't say how lewd Chained Soldier gets later on but from just the aired episodes of both, Gushing makes Chained Soldier look tame. Not even a contest.

No, that's too generic and useful of a spell. You'd need something more specific, like a spell binds someone with string cheese, or only binds the torso

As a Manga reader of both Gushing Over Magical Girls and Chained Soldier, they are about on par in terms of lewdness, both also become way more cool and action packed later too. The only difference is that GOMG has a confirmed childhood friends yuri sex scene (although its fade to black) and Chained Soldier has oyakodon in the bath (it's not confirmed sex but damn is hard not to think it is given the situation).

I don't know if they stay true to manga in this aspect, but what I love about Chaind Soldier is, that it is one of the few echiis that not only truly embraces the possibilities of this genre, but also knows when its time for it and when not. No tedious boob or panties shots, no upsie dupsie protag-kun is clumsie shit or mind bending clothing for the sake of showing a bit more skin. Echii is treated here as a creative treat in stead of the main stuffing. So even I, someone whom see it more as a annoyence, can apritiate.

On the "decreasing target area", that is one way to protect yourself, but if you have armour, you fight completely different. Taking a hit to the side is more dangerous, as all the flexibility needs to be there for your waist, shoulders, and hips, so more gaps and thinner plates. What I'm saying is, a lot of my martial arts and military training have very different recommendations.

Well, ears are partially made out of cartilage. When you play with your ears they bounce back into position so elf ears would be a fun thing to mess with. I want to play with Frieren's ears too.

Gushing over magical girl is way lewder than chained soldier. It is actually even more on the offbrand side than the manga is. The manga does not even show any nipple. it has that kill la kill style censorship.

if I had two nickels for every elf main character that is well loved in their story by the fanbase that has bouncy / moving ears as one of their traits and made by the same studio, then I will have two which isn't a lot but its weird it happened twice.

BG3 letting you auto succeed on a nat 20 has probably caused a lot of table arguments. On the one hand, I don't think rules as written include criticals on skill checks. On the other hand, the DM shouldn't ask for a roll if there's no condition for success; if you can possibly succeed then the best roll is a success. That said, DMs need to know when to say "No," for example when a player wants to do a charisma check (intimidate , persuasion, deception... seduction...) against another player
