- 500g mutton, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed

- 2-3 green chilies, slit lengthwise (adjust to taste)

- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder

- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder

1. *Marinate the mutton:* Wash the mutton pieces thoroughly. In a bowl, marinate the mutton with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (you can marinate longer for more flavor).
