This probably is one of the most important topics to understand when building a somewhat larger ClearPass deployment with more than just a couple of services. Services are processed from the top of the list to the bottom, and as soon as there is a hit on the Service match parameters, that is the service that will be evaluated. For our Guest scenario, we found that the MAC authentication for the purpose of MAC caching is matched by the AOS-CX Wired service, where we want it to hit the Wireless Guest MAC Authentication service. This video shows how to re-order the services, and how to bring better structure for our services by adding separator/section services.

Good catch.. title was wrong... in my mind already with next week's video ;) Title should now be corrected.
Great Video, please let me know how Endpoint:Guest Role ID or GuestUser:Role ID can be defined ?

Not sure what you exactly are looking for, but the Role ID to Role mapping is handled in Configuration » Identity » Role Mappings » Edit - [Guest Roles] Mappings » Edit - [Guest Roles]. The roles that are mapped there are visible in Guest to be applied, anf-created roles can be found in Configuration » Identity » Roles; then click on the role to see the ID. Is that what you were asking for?
