testosterone and hgh levels also fluctuate - sometimes they spike and plateau. That's why they do a follow up drug test

Bellew never recovered getting knocked out by Adonis Stevenson .He has been punch drunk since. Beterbiev is a clean champion .Great fighter working with a great team.

@@IceJohnScully I love listening to your interviews, John, especially when you talk about psychology and Artur's mental toughness. I am a Ru-En and En-Ru translator from Moscow, Russia. I am a great fan of Artur Beterbiev and his team. I do hope you'll do your best to come up with the right fight plan for Bivol and then probably for Opetaia and... Usyk, who knows? Beterbiev vs Usyk in Bridgeweight would be epic. They had a trilogy in amateurs and I'd like to see their trilogy in pro ranks. Usyk is only 2 years younger than Artur so the age gap is not wide at all. I believe in those two Olympic fights Artur just lacked enough rounds to wear Usyk down, especially given those big gloves, but Artur dropped him nonetheless. Usyk's midsection is a vulnerable area and you are a great expert in body punching, John.

I am almost sure, John, that you and Marc have already started your astute analysis of the weak points in Bivol's game, which Artur could take advantage of. You'll certainly give a thorough consideration to ways of neutralizing his handspeed advantage. After reviewing Bivol vs Canelo, I noticed that Dmitry was prone to eating several overhand rights from Canelo as well as several body punches and uppercuts. All those punches are among Artur's favorite ones. I am sure you and Marc together with Artur will think of setting traps, counterpunching and will work on Artur's handspeed, upper body movement, feints, further refine Artur's ability of cutting the ring and closing the distance. Bivol is always very comfortable fighting at range on his springy legs, but he does not feel quite comfortable in the pocket.

Maybe Bellew's testosterone was shot because of all the juice he was taking through his career.

Bivol will look world class vs Beterbiev for maybe 4 rounds until the inevitable deep sleep he will encounter

Beterbiev is, on top of being a smart tactician, just stupidly physically gifted. He barely needs to commit on his punches to generate power, so he's always balanced. He uses his arms and slight head movement very well for defense and is just crazy fuel efficient. Plus it looks as if he has rocks under his skin.

That part about him generating power is technique. He puts his body in with every shot, every jab, every hook which also requires him to be well-conditioned. It's important that ppl understand this bit, ur complementing him for being physically gifted which he is but he has finetuned his offense to this point which is more remarkable.

I for one believe BB is not getting stronger / better he has always been super fit super strong , his record says that . Smith simply wasn’t good enough The Artur that fought Yarde is the same guy , but quite simply Yarde made a much better fist of it . The Smith family should show respect and take defeat on the chin

Coach hit nail on the head saying those who have and could never have the discipline of beterbiev, can't even imagine what is possible.

People acting like Beterbiev put in a performance we’ve never seen before is just ridiculous.

These Jackasses at ProBox TV (in particular Malignaggi) went into full slander mode insinuating Artur must be cheating and comparing him to other fighters they suspect were cheating. I got Artur #2 p4p behind Crawford and ahead of Inoue. ProboxTV don't even mention Artur as p4p. I hope they invite John on so he can Ice em.

@@soleprobe Look.... Malignaggi is an idiot. He CAN make some good points some times BUT i did listen to his tirade about the roids scandal in baseball and boxing. I don't even think he really knew what he was saying when he went on that tirade. BECAUSE..... he later went on to say in a separate video that if Beterbiev beats Bivol... he should be P4P #1. I really think Pauli is a little "off" cognitively. It certainly sounded like he was condemning Beterbiev during his rant.. .but i don't think he meant to really. Who the F knows...

Yeh Tony along with Hearn and the Smiths, they all need to learn some etiquette. Slandering someone for being too good. Being real, Arthur Beterbiev had 300 fights in the amatures and lost 5, by comparison Smith fought 35 and lost 11. Beterbiev put champion Joe Smith Jr away in 2 rounds and 19 other challengers out on the canvas in the pros. Smith has beat Rocky Fielding and George Groves. No one else of note. Smith got beat by Canelo who was a welterweight, several inches smaller than him and he lost in real terms to John Ryder. There is a huge gulf in class. Now all this slander is totally uncalled for, and showing how classless he and the other guys are. Just take your loss like a man and accept that you aren't anywhere near good enough to beat this guy.

John Scully one of the few interviews i`ve heard in a long time when he speaks plain facts and no BS like so many today, it sounded so good to the ears..

Hard work , discipline and dedication to his craft has made Artur the warrior and champion he is today! There will always be people like Tony Bellew hating and discrediting great elite fighters like Beterbiev

Great interview, per usual, by BKM. The Ice Man is a legend. As is Beterbiev, of course, who surrounds himself with people of solid integrity [subject of: it’d be great to hear from Russ Anber]. People forget that Beterbiev won the Europeans when just turned 19. Kovalev famously turned pro when he couldn’t get past Beterbiev. He’s the real deal. If he were British or American, the world would insist he be in the argument with Inoue, Crawford and Alvarez for the P4P top spot.

After AB becomes Undisputed at 175, he moves to Cruiser and challenges Opetaia [for whatever belts he’s then holding] at Opetaia’s local stadium - Central Coast, Australia - approx 45 mins drive for me. 2 of the most exciting boxers on the planet pitting their elite skills. If these 2 were Heavyweights, the masses would be proclaiming fight of the decade, as a minimum. Unlikely we’d get it there, I appreciate. But we live in hope!

Yup. Both the Canelo and Zurdo wins are insanely overrated. Bivol has nothing for Artur. He simply isn't man enough. No mean streak. No killer instinct. He's just getting beat up. KO round 8-10 for Artur.

Any respect i had for Bellew for acting "Classy" since his loss to Usyk went out the window with these latest bull shit allegations / insinuations. I'd say sue the piss out of him and Hearn. It's just flat out wrong what's coming from those two Dumb Shits. You're right Scully.... "If so and so can and i cannot... there must be foul play".... Total ignorance. I performed at insanely high level of fitness at 30 when i served in US Special Operations... right up until i got shot... so i know that healthy lifestyle ie proper sleep, proper nutrition and intense, intelligent training can produce unreal results.

He didn't fail. The atypical hgh/test reading was leaked (followed by a cleared test) and was blown up simply to discredit Artur and produce a narrative. There are plenty of boxers who have had atypical readings and passed their follow up test that we simply have never heard about. No doubt fighters promoted by Matchroom.

The "Atypical" saga is an insult to AB. It's also insulting to John Scully when he goes out of his way to do a lengthy interview with ProBox TV, and then post-fight ProBox TV say what they say. Hopefully ProBox TV have now studied-up on what "Atypical" means and then apologise to John Scully for being uneducated and careless, as they should know better, in my opinion.
