Arslan is an amazing player and definitely a humble person. I was streaming T7 a few weeks ago I had ZERO viewers per usual and out of nowhere ARSLAN ASH comes into my chat with words of encouragement it was pretty cool and noble of him. It's hard not to root for a guy like that

I honestly think that ulsan would have won it all if he won that set and was on winner side instead of Arslan. Something about how he was playing and the momentum i knew he was in the zone. Unfortunatly those last few seconds seemed to have broken ulsan mentally after that. But just my opinion doesn't matter now lol. Arslan winning was well deserved.

So jelly to you all being at the TWT Finals. That was so much fun watching just on my own. Can only imagine how amazing it was on site with friends. About Arslan's mentality: The way I see it is that the only way to get to and stay at the top is to never give up the mentality of the student. As soon as you mentally become the master, as in you start thinking that "I know best", you stop learning and progressing. Even though it might be true in that moment, it won't stay that way for long at all. Growth mindset vs. Fixed mindset. So important in every aspect of life.

"Keep doing it" is absolutely one of our many ways to play fighting games here in PK. The opponent is not the character in the game but the person playing so we would always try to kill the confidence and psychi of the opponent. It has been effective method and we took this seriously, when someone says "play your game" that is what we really do... Great analysis.

Man, this was a BLAST to watch on stream. So many different players in clutch moments either exposing or getting exposed. Seeing all the players working together to beat the competition (shoutout to Ulsan for showing up to coach CBM less than 30 minutes after being knocked out is an amazing show of showmanship as well as solidarity) was really fun.You could really tell what it meant to Arslan to win the matches (his popoff after beating Ulsan was really telling imo. I think he really felt just how close he was to losing out after (to be fair, even as a viewer my heart was in my throat.) On the matches themselves, I think his pick of Katarina is something I feel plays to how Arslan likes to play. I feel out of every Tekken player out there, Arslan is the one that has a tendency to start and stop strings randomly so using someone like Katarina that drops huge poke damage and lets him swap from committing or backing away is scary, on top of that I think the usual answer to Katarina is whiff punishing mistakes, and I think Arslan's answer to that is just remove most of the huge punishable stuff except dashes and just focus on a simple gameplan. CBM generally didn't get much damage without making pretty hard reads imo. I also think that Arslan's Noctis was crisp when it worked out, but didn't really play to his personal strength because Noctis' roll is too big and I think he got punished almost everytime he tried to do it against LowHigh. Given how often used it instead of microwalking, I'm going to assume Arslan didn't play with Noctis as much as he did his usual picks (I also think most character's forward dashes aren't as obvious as Noctis') Too bad we're done with Tekken 7, I wonder what Arslan could learn out of needing to get used to Noctis for a longer period of time. I'll also say that I need to exclaim that Arslan's character ocean is utterly ridiculous, 5 champions represented in this tournament alone and that's ignoring his older mains like Zafina and Kazumi. It's incredible that he has the energy to put into learning so many different characters and play all of them at extremely high levels. Granted,I do personally think that fundamentals in Tekken carry across all characters the most (especially defense), but it's still insane that he can just pull out any of them the moment he thinks they are a better matchup.

As much as I love your content, I ain't rooting for any Noctis (apart from you and one time Ash) when they on screen. But that grand finals seems so sufficating for CBM, that I started feeling bad and borderline almost want a bracket reset just because. Ash couldn't even pop off hard at the end, most likely due to him already knowing the outcome is locked mid-match.

Because if Arslan lost there, he most likely would have switched and you never know what could have happened from there.

So you kinda helped Ash and already powerful player, who won like 5 or 6 championships in a row. But then was rooting for CBM Noctis to win? C'mon bro. You probably did it to grow your channel or get the experience? I know this is in the past and I know your knowledge is your prerogative but still. Wouldn't a pro player want to dethrone some who is in the top instead of helping them? I'm confused. Again I'm not judging or anything like that it's just to me if Michael Jordan won 6 championships with the Bulls I would not give him advise to win a 7th. I would like him to get beat especially if my home town team is playing against him. And btw I was rooting for PhiDX and CBM and other players to take the crown and hoping to someone take down not neccesarilly Ash (cause I like him and his story) but the top dog, as I always root for the underdog. But of course it did not happened.

I just want to see the best Tekken. If Arslan developed anti-Noctis strategies and CBM overtook those, that would've been fire. Hard to pick one side to cheer for

"It's important that we flex our analysis muscles" Couldn't have said it better myself 😭 Thanks for always being our PT in the analysis gym 🫡 Great analysis as always, what I was waiting for you to say (sorry if you did and I missed it) is that CBM missed the optimal punish for Katarina's full crouch low. Arslan didn't use it all that much but CBM blocked it a couple times I think and he punished it with ws 1,2 instead of Noctis' 14f ws punish in ws 3,2

ws3,2 does less damage if they hold down to break the nosebleed stun, so it's not worth it
