They're still irrelevant. People will only remember them as a club that bought his success, unlike MU, Arsenal, or Liverpool. Leeds Utd, Forest, and Blackburn also had their time before becoming hasbeens. Oil club won't be an exception, especially once Guardiola will be gone ;).

Back in the day when Ferguson guaranteed utd 15 points before a ball was kicked. When referees were terrified of giving anything against Utd and the players could cheat there way to 3 points. No wonder in the ten years since he fucked off Utd haven't come close to a title and referees no longer are scared of making decisions. If there was var then - Rooney would have been booked for diving. RVN would have been sent off for his challenge on Cole, Ferdinand would have been sent off for denying a goalscoring opportunity.
