Why?

You are overpaying for most players. Try negotiating with the teams for a cheaper fee. Pls make a series btw. You'll learn more about the game while playing and we'll be here to help you.

I can't watch fm videos because it always makes me think, "why am I not playing this right now?"

Maybe you should make Football Manager more of a priority than Career Mode.

Bit of advice, when trying to sell players make sure you transfer list them and offer to clubs

Word of warning the in game editor is a touchy subject in the FM community

For those people making stupid comments on him not being good in FM. Don't expect him to be good right from the get go. He's a noob on FM, so give him some respects. Give him some tips on how to get better in the game. Instead of making pathetic comments on how terrible he is on the game. Like, I am so cringed so much that he was so crap in making negotiations with players, something like that. That's ridiculous. Whether you like this or not, then your not really bother helping him to get better, so you want him to get worse. Yes, he used the editor to use for Xhaka (even though he rate him highly and he believed that it is true). Doesn't mean he's milking it or making it unrealistic, it's his choice. Also, don't get cringed what he's doing not being good in FM, give him a break.

Little tip mate. Don’t have 2 playmakers. Especially in a 2 man midfield. Make one a ball winning midfielder or a mezalla

Really glad to see fm getting more popular , when buying players you should start by declaring interest in players to maybe unsettle them to reduce how much you spend . Also I get that you’re trying to make prices realistic but offer around they’re valuation , see the counter offer and work up from there (you can suggest terms quite a few times before they stop responding immediately ). Good video though

wtf did you just do with xhaka to inter? thats taking the fun out of the game, transfers sometimes dont work out and its not about fairness, its just how it fucking works

In terms of some of the prices being unrealistic e.g. Konate. You have to take into consideration the fact that the last update took place a couple of months ago. Therefore player prices and overall stature in real life may have improved over that time.

I think football manager 2019 is much better than pro evolution soccer!👍

You should do a FM series...start unemployed and work your way up the ranks or just start as Arsenal. It would be 10x more entertaining than Fifa. Even if your still learning it would be interesting to see you develop as a FM player.

There are hidden stats including consistency, pressure and temperament which will affect a player's rash decisions like Mustafi.

on my first season I sold koscielny for 20+add ons about 6m, mustafi for 25m, monreal 16m to china, jenkinson about 5m. I signed sancho 38m, de ligt 29m, ziyech 22m, and tierney 30m. Im on a half way of the season (matchday 21) on my first season currently top of the table by 2 points ahead of liverpool and play 4-4-2 custom gegenpress more like 4-2-4 in attacking position. Playing attacking football, and rarely conceded goals. I think in real life we should adopt this style 2 dm and 2 wingers who drift inside to make way for the wingbacks to provide the width.

But if i aint got them i have any other options like filip benkovic or ruben dias for 20-30 m that would probably realistic in real life, wingers i have bunch of options if not sancho, sarr probably 20 to 30 m (maybe 30-35m in real life), fraser for 15-20 m, carrasco probably 30 m also, if not i probably just bring back nelson to play on the left and ziyech on the right (but its not possible because nelson just started his loan move to hoffenheim).

Quality video, can see your really enjoying making these videos, love FM and a break from fifa maybe good may enjoy it more when you go back to it.

Don't modify players. 99 times out of 100, if the player is good enough IRL, it will be reflected in FM. If not, then he probably isn't good enough.

I played FM for 10 years now, but this is still interesting and relevant content, plus he is trying to make videos from a game that he started playing few days ago. Remember when yous lot first started playing this game.. Also, this is a video that predicts (or what his wishes are) Arsenal's transfer window, not a full-time series, so the use of in-game editor here is pretty irrelevant.

i tried myself: unspecified price for xhaka and he s gone for 35mio. same for özil, 20 mio + half of his wage. manolas was 45 mio 110k/w. 35 mio grimaldo, 75k/w. and i am pretty bad at negotiating. so tips: "unspecified price" + "no signing in fee" + "no agent fee".

From my point of view you should do a series, its clear as day that you really enjoy and love this game , especially because you get to learn more about it every video. Please do a series, its quality content !!

When you're negotiating contracts you can lower the wages by bumping up the agent fee a bit. You could try that.

Little tip for when you play your Arsenal save I would recommend giving Martinez a chance in goal. Man was an absolute wall for me lol every save I have played he has done well, hes definitely worth keeping as a backup and selling Ospina for the extra cash imo
