***** well, if you would actually research these "bullshit chemicals" you would find how they affect your body and how they actually increase your performance. Most preworkouts are perfectly safe and do as they say. My comment was latent with sarcasm, as I would never recommend taking three scoops of any preworkout. You obviously didn't catch my intent. Anyways, no one forces you to take supplements so stop bitching. To each their own.

+Mark Noel Saying he isn't a hero is only an opinion and not a fact as you don't know who he has helped in his lifetime. Yes it is true he is an idol, an ICON, the sculpted figure of success. However, if he in some way helped someone to persue their dreams, and indirectly saved or changed their lives for the better, then theres no mistake in calling him a hero. Plus he has done a lot of charity work. You should say that he isn't a hero in your opinion as that is not a fact

i believe the world will stop breathing for few minutes when Arnold dies. what an Impact he made to all, a true role model coming from a small village here in Austria. i visited his place of birth, still with the Posters of Reg Park and other famous Bodybuilders in his tiny room. i could easily imagine how Young Arnold stared at those Pictures, focusing on his Goal to be the best Bodybuilder of all times

You obviously have limited intelligence not to appreciate this and your attitude is pathetic. You know what you are? A follower with no creativity or ability to draw insights. You are so cynanical you can't even appreciate the better things in life and even understand what life is all about; pushing the boundaries. I feel very, very bad for you, that you have such a limited perspective. Fine, live in your own little world. You won't matter to the world.

This one is fantastic! 🙂 Definitely look to one titled "Denzel Ministers" (video creator's name is Larry, I believe). I listen to this one and the other as often as I need them. I've accomplished every goal I've ever set out to do because of Arnold's six, and DISCIPLINE and CONSISTENCY. 🙂 🐲✨🐲✨🐲✨

Wow... I've heard a lot of advice on achieving success from countless people, but this speech, this video, was powerful. Arnold backs up each step with the reason he feels that way and that's what drives it home. With all this man has done in his life, how can you not listen and follow his advice?

This is a beautiful speech. I had misfortune and trouble in my youth. I lacked a real father. It was Arnold and all the magazines I read and also (corny I know) but Bruce Lee's comments and TV shows like the early Kung Fu. I had to be my own father, my own mother, my own brother, and my own cook. I learned from others. I learned from the street. I learned from making huge mistakes and never took any success for granted. I failed a lot, but also succeeded a lot (if you know where I came from). When I taught Karate to underprivileged youth they appreciated it more than the youth that had a solid home. I have given back as much as I can and sometime too much. Sometimes I was taken advantage of by others. But, I'm still learning even at my older age. I'm still kicking, pushing myself by learning from others and understanding my limits. All we can do is try to live everyday as right as we can and always standing on the side of the light and on the right. I will share this video again. It is beautiful.

Well... My name is Matthew. I'm 15 and I've been bodybuilding since 11 years old. I've always loved the sport and I've always wanted to become a pro bodybuilder one day. My parents are both great people, I love them and they love me. Except for one thing... I've never wanted to study in life and I never did... I just never wanted to be some businessman or professor or who knows what.. It's just not the person I want to be, but a bodybuilder is. My parents support me at what I do, but theyre skeptic and they think that I should do what I DONT WANT to do in life to succeed. True, I may be able to make more money in life that way, but who cares about money - THIS is the person I want to be and if i succeed as that person that's whats going to make me the most happy. The point in life is not to do what everyone else wants you to do and what you "SHOULD", It's to do what makes you feel that you've achieved what you've wanted to achieve- in the end I think that's what's going to pay off the most. I don't get a single thing now from my parents, they think that I don't deserve anything unless I live life the way they want me to... But one day I will succeed and I will show them that doing what I want in life is what is going to make me the most happy. Thanks Arnold for this amazing motivation
