Dude, it's called war gaming. You take known information about two opposing sides and factor it into a scenario to see how it would possibly play out. It helps militaries train and prepare for operations. It's a learning experience. Not a sign of our doom.

hey, how are you? Wow, your videos about ARMA 3 are fantastic, great work, I signed up right away, I would like to know how you record the scenes. Could you tell me? Do you use any specific program? do you use codes to capture the scenes? Could you pass me ?

The basic war logic should be to first bomb fixed missile launch bases, radars, air defense facilities, and airports, then send drones to scout, the army to gather signs or armored weapons, cover the bombing line with cheaper long-range rockets, or accurately bomb with slightly expensive precision-guided missiles, and then send airborne troops to scout. The investigation team/reconnaissance robot returns the attack effect, and further guides the bombing target on the ground until there is no large-scale resistance force or defense line at the landing point. In the video, the low-altitude attack on the ground target with stealth fighters is a suicide that cannot occur in reality. There are only two functions of stealth fighters: 1 long-range elimination of enemy non-stealth fighters, and 2 protection of early warning aircraft, transport aircraft and bombers. The video is well done, but even Palestine will not commit suicide or waste weapons like this.

It's best to let the plot stay in the game, otherwise reality and the game will be very different.

I think it's based on the prerequisite that Kinmen is under PLA's control and is used as the frontmost base to prep for invasion, and at that point Taiwan is under military curfew and the ROC army is preparing to counter-offence. That's why the streets are empty with only military vehicles presence.

Yeah dropping behind enemy lines was proven to already be outdated in market garden 1944. The only practical use for paratroopers would be to reinforce friendly lines once the beaches and air are already controlled

Exactly. Those who believe the Chinese will try to land troops in Taiwan at the beginning of the offensive are in La La Land waiting for the next foodstamps. The Chinese do not need to land or even engage Taiwanese military directly. They will bombard and island for weeks, destroying energy infrastructures and forming a complete maritime and airspace blockage of the island. This is the reality of logicsitcs. They will starve the island within a few months without sending a single troop over.

Amazing vid but here is a little suggestion: this isn’t WW2 and Chinese are not stupid. The most common modern warfare tactic is sending in cruise missiles from submarine, ships hell even from mainland, China has the capacity to do so. They will neutralize every possible defense line and threat to a landing, secure a safe zone for Y-20s to land and deliver tanks… this situation would be the most probable coming from former NAVY

雖然很多場景邏輯上不對，但也算用心了

People with low confidence always like to imagine.

Nice simulation, but some odd points though, I doubt China would do a chopper gun run with all those buildings around which can hide shoulder mounted AA squads in pretty much everywhere. Not to mention the elevation that also make heavier caliber gun team setup in high rise buildings could deal pretty heavy damage to aircrafts doing low altitude gun run(if not disable it fully). Edit: Which is what is happening later on in the videos, just finished watching it, lol I also doubt Taiwan will engage in jet fights in the first day of combat since they are outnumbered pretty badly, not to mention with all those AA support from the ships on sea. Unless U.S lent a lot of jets and their pilots. Even then, the casualties will be staggering. All in all China would lose significant chunks of their army and economies by invading Taiwan currently. Which will make them vulnerable to the other nations around it that is ready to join the fray at any moments. But seriously, amazing work, cool fights, keep it up!

Lot of effort. Well done. Cannot imagine a scenario a US supercarrier would be that close to shore. Perhaps it took some torpedoes and choose to beach itself? Tanks on the beach out in the open? No!
