what i like about your videos is that you cover alot of topics that noone else does. most are traiing and hook/top roll etc. you covered radial nerve/leg position none else does that. how about elbow movement during a match. when to "J" when to angle slide etc. thanks for the vids!

Foot placement is up there with hand placement on the peg when it comes to varying styles. What grip would you recommend for a top roller for peg hand? The "overhand" grip gets in the way, and I usually start with a lower grip on the peg.

Not related, but I've been curious - is there a difference in risk of injury between inside and outside pulling styles? For some reason it looks like inside pulling can be more dangerous.

Yeah sure, if you are a short guy like Janis and you want to use a lot of sidepressure. I don't have any sidepressure and I really struggle to get low due to my height. I have both legs through the table. Once the opponent is holding on to me I am completely through the table. I know it hampers my sidepressure but I don't have any sidepressure anyway. I am in Devon larratt's position where his knees are bent at 90deg and he is under the table like he was against Dave.

Voice of Armwrestling Did Janis and Ray both bulk up slowly throughout the years or a bit faster and then just slowly got stronger while staying the same weight? Because from what I know, it’s better for muscle development and keeping fat low that one gains weight a bit slower than gaining weight fast and then recomping, which is to just stay at the same weight and get stronger which results in a very slow losing of fat and getting leaner.
