Спорт
Hey guys in this video we talk about how important it is to fight for what you want in the setup. We also go over 3 different grip setups that you can use based off of what you want and what your opponent wants to improve your chances in the match. A lot of the fight is won in the setup so try these grips out and let us know what you think!!

That first example of TR vs TR setup is basically a full crimp in climbing. I likes a lot. Thanks guys!
Awesome video and information guys! I love learning more about all the slight differences and options they create. Thanks a ton 💪
Really well explained. Had to watch it a few times to get it. Excited to give it a shot. Definitely would love to see more set up videos.
You guys do an excellent job on your channel explaining things. EXTREMELY high quality content. SUPERIOR to 95% of the elite pullers. Just great stuff. I love it.
Going to try the floating hand at practice, makes a lot of sense. Good job boys!
Another excellent instructional video. I will be practicing this stuff for sure.

Awesome video guys. Personally it was a little fast for me. Maybe do multiple examples of each technique or whatever. I have a pause button tho so I'll make it work. U guys do great work.
Would love to see more set up videos especially in a strap
After watching this so much clicked watching guys battle in the setup. You often hear about blah blah match takes so long to start blah blah. But if you truly know what is going on it's a total different perspective.
Bgm is so banger bro
yeeeeee
Wher u guys been this gold content for pulling
Damn thank you!! Very informative! I’ve been waiting for some content like this. Thanks guys! I’m a shorter guy with a good hook once I get into one lol. Naturally I just feel so powerful top rolling but everyone always tells me to get into a hook? 🙆🏼♂️

Interesting mustache choice
you guys are fuckin awesome
Estupendo, pero si no es mucho pedir,, podrías poner con subtitulos en español o un doblaje como en las películas, eso seria una gran diferencia. Porq el traductor de Google muestra cosas sin sentido. Saludos desde Ecuador 🇪🇨.
Thanks for the video! Some clarification’s required. 1st setup, when you put your index finger lower, doesn’t it interrupt your fingers (mostly top ones) from attacking range of motion?

The purpose of doubling up your index finger on the middle finger is to maximize your control of your opponent’s top knuckle
I always laugh when people say "The hooker". Still amazing video. Great job guys.
FINALLY the knowledge I need to destroy my enemies!

Great video... But the music is kind of annoying, so it makes the video kind of hard to listen to.
