Arm Day - Cut Week 2 - MAXED OUT NATTY
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
A no BS arm day. Take some ideas from it or just use it as your own. It’ll work.
Workout:
Crossed Cable Tricep Ext - 2x5-8 (Very brief pause at bottom)
Over the Shoulder Ext - 2x5-8
Alt. Hammer Curls - 2 x 5-8
Single Arm Preacher Curls - 3 x 5-8
Row Station Reverse Curls - 2 x 5-8 (Hold top for 1 sec, slow negative)
If you’d like to focus more on your biceps, just switch them to first in the workout.

Whoever facetiously commented on this video saying, "the wonder of steroids," your mentality needs some serious adjusting. Why hate a guy just because you don't have his level of progress? He put this FREE content out in the KZread land to help people like yourself achieve your fitness goals. If you have none, then maybe look in the mirror and consider your own low self-image and self-esteem before you decide to project your insecurities in this space. Gym memberships aren't expensive these days either, so maybe getting one would help. Thank you.

Well said bro 👍
WOW your definition is incredible! This style of content you're now doing is top notch Davis. 💪🏽💪🏽
Love hammer curls. Main arm exercises for me. Now I can do 40lbs each arm as a woman! 🔥💪🏼

I heard this in one of Dr Mike's videos: "Hammer curls are a humongous waste of time for most people. They hit the muscles of the forearm and the upper arm that are targeted by every other row, which you could do pretty well. So, having the palm face up and curling like that is probably superior around 90% of the time." - Mike Israetel (Renaissance Periodization)

Jesus Christ is coming back soon, repent from your sins and believe in the gospel. Jesus loves you and wishes that none would perish but that all would come to repentance. He died on the cross for your sins, so that through him you may have eternal life.

I can’t lie, while watching this, my mind was expecting to see his skin glow red and his muscles highlighted just like in the KZread shorts 😂 it’s so weird to see him not in the mortal kombat like setting. Rock on Davis! Also, his speech patterns kind of sound like Sam Sulek
I do enjoy your editing a lot and I know it takes a lot of time and effort to do them. I also enjoy this change in pace. Keep it going!
He absolutely knows our needs! One of my biggest problems: junk volume 💔and suddenly he decides to talk about it , i truly love him from Iran ♥️
I've been following you for awhile now, when I began my natural climb to be as massive as possible I honed in on the best naturals I could find and you stood out.
Man I love your editing. YES. Always always always here for the tips!!!
One of the best info videos I have ever seen. Not just a workout video. Really got a lot out of your narrative on your way home. 👍🏼👍🏼
Oh shit, the king of shorts is uploading full workout vids?!? HELL YES!!!💪🔥
Yes please continue your fitness guides journey vlogs whichever you can because it's worth for most of us to tune in! TL;DR we want more!!! 💪💪💪💪💪
As someone who can’t afford your program (right now) these videos are amazing. Keep up the great content!!!
I’ve been doing workouts from this video site for two years now and I am shocked on the improvement I’ve made diet plays a key role as well
Just found your channel - bro! You look insane! Great video, great editing, great commentary! All around quality content. I’m on my own natural hypertrophy journey and I will continue to seek out others to learn from. Great work, bro!
SICK!!! i too, follow paul carter, best thing i've done that's fitness related. i appreciate your humbleness

Hey man thanks for the info towards the end of the video. I believe your thoughts on everything you pointed out. Like minded. Also your work shows. Thanks man appreciate you.
Yeah I enjoy this style of content, laid back, no crazy edits necessary (enjoyed the shorts that had them tho)
Love your new kind of content
About time you made videos like this!
love your workout davis
Hopefully you keep going with these videos, bummed out you havent posted in 2 months. Hopefully we see a return
I'm a month into the gym...currently do back and biceps together & chest, shoulders, triceps. I can now make my pecs twitch which isn't bad at 45.
You are one of the best!!
Love you brother❤ for telling uss all the good excerise
Great video! By the way that 2nd triceps exercise is called a tate press, if I'm not mistaken. I have it in my routine, but I am performing it with dumbbells. Great exercise - has a good ROM, hits the triceps hard and is safe on the elbows, unlike skullcruahers and JM press, which tend to cause elbow pain for some people.
Hi , I like your longer videos . I also watched your shorts , although I didn't think you needed all the volume you said in them. The lower volume you talk about here is more in line in what I use in my training .
You have the best videos!
I love this channel!
Hey bro!!! Love you videos, is is one of if not most important youtube channels out there!!! Just one important tip. Add time staps of the topic you are taking about in the videos! That will bring more value to the table.
I have a question. what fibres of the lats do landmine rows target? Because if its the same as normal bent over barbell rows then i think landmine rows are better
Please post more frequently, we need your shorts and longs.
Hey man!! What you think about doing reverse curls with a thumbless grip? Wouldn't that hit the brachioradialis better?
How do you highlight specific parts of your muscles using that red highlight? I know you mentioned it in the past you do it via the videoleaps app but I cannot figure it out… I’d really appreciate a little help.
I haven't even started watching the video but i already know that it's a banger🔥👌
great vid. do you think you'll do a day of eating in this series?
Me gusta este tipo de videos. Se aprende un monton.
i have a question , please someone help me , so i understand that part of doing 3 to 5 sets per muscle in a session , but what about the back ?? how do you count sets ? do you count upper back as 1 muscle , lats a second muscle , rear delt a 3rd muscle or do you do 3 to 5 sets for the whole back ??
Thanks man great vid!!
Putting forth the effort. 😊
What shorts do you recommend for the gym, comfortable affordable app around a great gym short. Thanks.
Hi I am new here 😊 You are amazing with amazing exercises and so pedagogic explained 👌😮😎
What’s your training split and frequency as a natural. I can’t seem to find one I can stick to. 3 days feels good but if I go to 5 it feels overkill very easily. Thanks
I love the jm press for the medial and lateral head.
Your preacher machine doesn't seem to let you extend your arm all the way down, that's why I stopped doing mine and started doing dumbbell preacher curl. Even tho dummbells feel great tension at bottom, past mid movement they are pretty easy. Any tips on why you are okay with that machine of yours and comparison between dumbbell preacher and machine preacher curls? Much love bro.
Bro how about you tell me how you edit your reels brotha, the red on the muscle to indicate the zone is awesome
Bro I got huge change and benefits from your content. You are Best .God bless you ❤
newbie question, for someone who only recently started and is working on strength but is also gaining a lot of muscle - as most newbies do when they start, even with the low weights. Does the advice in this video still holds, if the aim is to also gain muscle mass and ideally drop last 1-2% of body fat?
Love your videos ❤❤❤
What food for a pre work out or drinks do you recommend?
Can you suggest me some exercise routine to get Hugh Jackman wolverine upper body particularly the chest
Since I got back into lifting consistently a couple years ago I have been doing large amounts of volume of about 12-15 working sets per muscle group on a 4 day cycle and then usually finishing off with some kind of body weight or lighter weight movement to failure, and doing this my strength has hugely improved. I understand what you’re saying about over training and adding unnecessary recovery and think there’s truth to that, I just have a hard time wanting to apply this change to reduce my volume as I feel my body is used to it and without the same amount of stimulus I won’t be making the same progress. I kind of judge a good workout by how exhausted the muscle is by the end of the workout and I’m assured it was good if I am struggling to do say a couple pull-ups or 10-15 push-ups afterward. Then again maybe different people can benefit more or less from different styles of training depending on genetics or body type.
Would love to get a full video on his diet (realistic including those cheat snacks ^^)
love these :)
Love the title!! "Maxed out Natty". Gives us natty hope.
nice work mate
Keep uploading dude
Please davis tell us who's your editor he deserves a raise asap!!
the goat 😤
Dumb question but can anyone give me some advice on breathing i definitely burn myself out due my breathing or lack thereof
Great video. What's the name of the soundtrack starting from 6:20?
What protein supplements do you take? and if any other also like creatine ?
I tried using your app to get in shape, but I don't know if you know that there's a lot of problems with it. It's definitely not a user-friendly app. It names a bunch of workouts, but doesn't give demonstrations leading me to have to search up each exercise. The app looks more like a old file management app from 2011. And I'm still quite confused on how the hell I'm supposed to use it

What brand wrist bands do you use ?
Would love to follow your diet during this cut too!
Like 👍diz style of sharing maan .. (So real)
Please, my dear brother, can you do a video for us on endurance exercise? Thank you
You are training with split tarining program?
Cara treina pra caramba kkk , bravo em 😮
Bro the total years of training and what is your conclusion and most important advices
Insane physique!
Davis, do you normally train lower reps like that on most exercises? Or just for certain lifts?
@DavisDiley
3 ай бұрын
It’s usually like this for most stuff. I may do slightly higher repetition, work on things like rear deltoids. The reason for that is sometimes heavier weight makes it more difficult for me to perform the movement properly (due to old shoulder injuries) Sometimes I’ll do high repetitions for fun and for a pump. But that’s rare.
So what your training split look like?
whats the song you use in the intro
Sir pls help my last don't gro 2 month gym but not improved
Single arm, overhead dumbbell tricep extensions are the cheat code for adding serious mass to my triceps. Stay in the 6-10 rep range. You're welcome! 😁👍🏾
Looking lean af. Curious where you are weight wise, and body fat wise?
More contents like this please 🤌🔥
Where’s the rest of this series?
The whole workout systems it is really confusing sometimes. Here we have Davis recommending 4-8 reps /set, then we have Jeff Nippard or Renaissance Periodization recommending the 8-15 reps range and perfect technique based on science, and then we have the Metodo Bilbo which recommends training in the 15-30 reps. I do not know if I should combined the 4 workout methods or just follow 1 of them.

Optimal muscle growth can be achieved by training close to failure within a 5-30 rep range. Generally, as long as you fall within those lines, you'll make good gains. When optimizing your program you should consider what rep ranges are easier to progress for each exercise. This will change throughout your lifting career. For example: If you're seeing progress in weight and/or reps in bicep curls in the 5-10 rep range each session, you should continue to do them in that rep range for as long as they continue to progress significantly (given that you don't experience joint pain or any other deterrence as a result of doing them). If/when the movement becomes stale or plateaus, consider changing the exercise or changing the rep range to 10-20 for instance following the example. The rep ranges that progress optimally for you at a given time will likely vary between muscle groups and definitely vary on an individual basis. Go through phases of trial and error to see what rep ranges work best for different exercises in a given program.

Try all of those different rep ranges and sets for each mesocycle and record your progress at the end. The one that gives you the best results suits your body the best.
beast-mode active..
Bro now that you are cutting, how many calories are you having? Also, did you lose some muscle mass so far? I love your content, thank you for your videos!
Can you do an ABSOLUTE BEGINNER ab workout video? I want to learn the fundamentals but every video on youtube is giving advanced ab workouts claiming they are the best. Ive been just planking to start. I was doing russian twists but it turns out I was doing THOSE wrong, because i ended up hurting my back after awhile. So what are some ab fundamentals I could start with?
Love ya
Honestly, seeing your thumbnails I thought you were on gear but then I have to remember that's great lighting, good angles and big pump. I don't think you're maxed out but I do think you're probably natural. You might be scrapping the barrel for gains but I reckon they're in there. Not to say you're not absolutely jacked. It's amazing what you've built naturally! It's such a shame what the fitness industry has done to these young influencers and making them feel they have to use gear so they can be Shreddy Kruger year round. It's severely damaging expectations of their young impressionable audience too which is probably the worst part.
Omg hes huge😮❤❤❤
For how many years you are doing bodybuilding? And normally how many months it takes for a person to get it's physique in shape ( may be like your's ).?

Maxed out natty and then you say triceps are your weak point. No pun intended, 😅 Just found it funny.
I worry about your biceps tendon on the preacher curls 😅 great video though
