I actually praise wildcard for their trailers mostly being in game. While some other game companies have their entire trailer a cinematic one with no in game footage because the trailer is made with a much better engine.

I actually have a feeling ark 2 will be very good because ever since valguro wild card has been steping up there game so much fixing bugs and actually trying to patch stuff. Plus wildcard learned a lot from ark they will put into ark 2

Remember, the reality part is played with normal settings like default settings. Hope you enjoy spending 20 hours hunting supply drops for specific blueprint to make that assault rifle even decent. These trailers are over hypes and other youtubers will give this game false hype like saying "oh this item is so useful" like its a rocket launcher but they are using an ascendant tier rocket launcher blueprint, infact anyone who saids ascendant is useful are pointing out the no shit. The real problem is there is no concept of solid stats. your spears will only be useful against level 1s, and the pike is a pike in name only, oh and the sword seems great but it will get oyu killed due to wilds having an attach box that extends behind their hit box.

Man imagine if all ARK games were more like the trailers

The most unrealist thing is the woman dressing a hide armor, trex with no colors and a mek trying to fight against the titan

Ok besides all the bugs and lag ark is a very good game, I just hope they think more about pve, it would be cool to have more building and decorating options. Also some dinos are very limited bc they have to be careful to not make them too op for pvp
