    Beautiful tanks. I also love all her house plants. Her home has a comfortable feel to it. She definitely brought the outside inside and I love it. I hope she gets to go to Africa. I have been to South Africa and to the Cradle of Mankind. It was a spiritual experience and I wasn't expecting that. My guide told me "once the sands of Africa get on your feet, you will never get them off." And he was right.

    Love the tank, such a beautiful living work of art. Seems your sharing the idea of epigenetics and connectedness. Choices have consequences good , bad ,or indifferent. Your tank has all good ones. Well done! I find too much apathy in my neighborhood ,even though I tried to to be helpful. As for suppliments for humans, melatonin and iodine are also important. Thanks, stay well, keep creativity alive and well...

    Stunning aquascape! Hoping to create my first scape soon - but, from 30 sec onwards, is that humming noise that you can hear throughout Arian's lounge coming from her Oase BioMaster 600 filter ?? It seems to get much louder when George zooms in close to the tank at 2 min! Is that normal with this filter? Does Arian have the rubber feet fitted to the filter? I understood these filters were very quiet and was planning to buy one for my future tank, but now having doubts as I can't have such a noise travelling through my flat!

  • @krishnahandoko

    You’re pretty much doing everything you can about it, how long it stays clean just depends on what’s in the tank. Unless maybe there is some other way I’m unaware of, do let me know.

    Sorry for my ignorance - what does Arian mean about a tank coming to the end of its life? Is that a boredom thing or biological thing? Is there a finite time an aquarium can be set up for? 🤔

    Scapes peak at around 6 month old, after that they start to look tired. Plants need replacing, wood rots and soil becomes spent :) Most competition tanks are barely 3 months old before they are all taken down.

    George, just sayin, if you do supplement, great. Health & longevity are highly neglected. But the #1 supplement for every human is without a doubt omega 3 1000mg per day. Zink 25mg per day comes in second. Don't wanna bother you with a full list but these two everyone should take, no matter old young man woman fit overweight, very important. Cheers mate!

  • @GeorgeFarmerStudios

    @GeorgeFarmerStudios

    I drink 10ml of wild caught fish oil (sardine, mackerel and anchovy) daily and my whole food diet contains plenty of bioavailable zinc. I’d argue D3 and Mg are more important for overall wellness for those with poor sunlight and nutrition. Thanks for the tips and your interest! ❤

  • @SilkMilkJilk

    @SilkMilkJilk

    Жыл бұрын

    @@GeorgeFarmerStudios Oh ofc I do supplement D3 + K2 and Mg before to go to bed every day aswell^^ but daily requirements for Omega3 and Zinc are tough to get, since Zinc especially only is in microgreams everywhere, so hitting the 25mg is borderline impossible unless you slurp up a dozent oysters every day^^ but if you have it covered, all good^^ we can be healthy together ;)
