    As a simulation-based educator this rings true. To provide feedback to others requires being curious about something the learners did during sim and then sharing your expert view, your good judgement about whether their actions were good or bad and then seeking out the learners viewpoint as to why those actions felt right at the time.     Fantastic presentation! I love the idea of dormant brilliance, as a word geek. Anything sleeping can be woken up and being an expert is more about owning what's true about us than stretching for something almost out of reach.
