I swear I have an addiction to milk. And, though I have consumed milk my whole life, it wasn't until a couple years ago, I really....REALLY....started craving and downing milk at alarming and obviously unhealthy amounts. I prefer it over any and all sweetened beverages. I really need to nix the habit and have tried but it is crazy difficult to stay clean. Not joking at all.

In an average week i consume about 3 litres of milk, 1kg of yogurt and 500ml of cream, with some exceptions, i used to eat about 2 litres of icecream a week, and i loved just tasting a dab of butter here and there, maybe once every 3 months i'll also consume a kg of custard in one go. But milk is my non stop addiction, i love a specific full cream brand with a thick cream top and will often drink about 400ml out of the 2 litre bottle and replace that with about 300mls of pure cream to make my milk creamier.

Was a avid milk drinker my whole life. 22-25 years old a heroin addict. Done all the drugs, nothing got me like opiates.. 28 and still sober. Crazy correlation. Something addictive about taking a chug of milk. You’ve been warned

I eat a significant amount of cheese, but I drink a ridiculous amount of milk. I pretty much can't open the fridge without guzzling some milk straight from the jug, or at least taking a swig or two. I go through at least 2-3 gallons a weak, and worst case scenario, I can drink an entire gallon in a day or so. On the rare occasions when I go a couple days without any milk, I really feel an almost uncontrollable craving, and when I finally get some, I drink an absurd amount. Like, I'll open a gallon, guzzle quite a bit, pour a glass, and take a few more drinks from the jug before putting it back and drinking the glass I poured. Also, if I'm at home, I'll usually drink milk after just about every time I eat anything. If it's not an addiction, I don't know what else to call it. I'm a bit overweight, but I don't keep gaining weight. I've kinda leveled off, but just can't seem to lose the weight I have. I feel like if I could just quit drinking so much milk, that alone could amount to a significant weight loss, considering how many extra calories I'm taking in each day, just from milk. Realistically, it's gotta be easily 500+ calories per day. On a side note, before my milk drinking got really out of hand and excessive, I used to drink low fat milk, and eventually went to skim milk, which I liked just fine. However, there was a point where I switched back to whole milk, because I had heard that whole milk was actually healthier. Like, supposedly there was something removed from low fat/skim milk that normally helps you digest or process milk better (or something like that, can't recall the specifics right now). And when I did switch back to whole milk, over time I lost about 20 lbs. But like I said, that's when I was drinking a more "reasonable" amount of milk.

Casein makes me so inflamed. I have Spondylitis in my lower back, and if I start eating dairy, I get a delayed reaction of inflammation in my lower back that is so bad, I’m out of commission. I can barely walk because of the pain. Cheese has the highest concentration of casein and Greek yogurt is next on the list. I just avoid it all. The pain is not worth it.

Don't eat whey protein because it's still difficult to digest. Choose a plant based protein, like Vega or Sunwarrior, instead.

I mean, if only there were some kind of technology that allowed you to look up basically any kind of information you could possibly want. If only there was some... *I don't know* ... INTERconnected NETwork of knowledge that you could easily access from a smartphone or pc. Who knows? Maybe one day you'll be able to just type a word/phrase (like "whey protein isolate") into some kind of "search engine" or something and get all the information you could ever want. Alas, until we live in that imaginary hi-tech future society, I guess we'll just have live as ignorant dolts. Right?

goat & sheep millk: A2 & scant A1 as a generality Also, since it's a niche market, the standard is no antibiotics/hormones to goats or sheep. not sure about all the other 'scary' effects on the later part of the vid; part of that seemed a bit extremely conveyed and that info may need clarification/qualification. (answered your Q as I had the same question)

There are a ton of plant based calcium sources that don't have all the crap in them that milk has, plus they're guaranteed animal cruelty free. It's a lot healthier not to consume dairy.

Nope. I will still drink milk and eat dairy products. They're delicious. I'd rather die eating what I want than live long being a vegan. I'm asian anyways so even if I eat a lot I don't gain a lot of weight. I'm still healthy up till now.
