Good video and good explanations on the equipment. As another commentor already said, I also wanted to say that the PVC pipe can be easily heated with a heat gun to bend it. Keep the gun moving to keep from burning or overheating the pipe. Also I was just thinking about your mounting system for the transducer and I am guessing that if you placed a few washers or some other form of spacer between the track mount and the PVC end caps so as to lift the whole Transducer/camera mount a bit higher off of the track, that may allow your transducer to hang more nearly vertical maybe. Just a thought that may or may not help depending on what exactly is preventing the assembly from swinging down just a tad more.

you can get a scotty extention for the rod holder at the front and use a heat gun to bend the pipe for your transducer to level it out
