I like your cup holder better than mine. Those rubber things are the way to go and I like how you can hang lures from it. Sweet safety flag…for a bicycle. I’ll pass on that one. 😂 A whole bunch of good stuff. I wonder if they sell that fish finder mount separately without the transducer mount. I’m gonna head over to Temu and check it out.

Temu is hit or miss. My only advice is to look for the same things elsewhere. They don't always have the best price.

Always good to compare. So far I’ve found most of the smaller trinkets from Amazon on Temu and they’ve been cheaper there.

Those are some great products but If I understand correctly TEMU is a Chinese direct provider, they mine or data like name, credit card info etc and returning things is almost impossible because shipping back is ridiculously expensive. Comments?

They are a Chinese provider. I can’t comment on data mining because I never heard of that. I’ve had my credit card comprised a few times and it’s been with domestic companies so you never know. However, returns are very simple. They allow free returns with every order. I did it myself and it was quick and free. Thanks for the questions Robert!

Ever hear of a Trojan horse?? This app is it! Their practices about where your personal data goes and what their app infects your phone with are reported as concerning. I also marvel about the conflict between strong expressions of support for US patriotism and dislike of China and loss of jobs here vs “Forget all that, I can save $5!!”

TEMU has zero American made products. If you want to support American businesses buy from companies such as yak attack and yak hobby. Any support to overseas companies undercutting local USA businesses due to their lower wages and lesser EPA standards is horrible. I enjoyed all your videos until this one to be honest.

I hear you bro! Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I’ve bought from both YakAttack and yakhobby and support local where I can. I also realize most of the plastics found on Amazon are from overseas also and the amazon seller is the middleman. In those instances I rather circumvent the Amazon seller and buy direct, which is what Temu allows you to do. There’s room to do both in the market.

@@BeardedDadFishing Amazon is another company that I don’t have much good to say about. I worked for them a month before their faulty truck causes me to slip breaking both feet 8 months ago. If it ain’t a company that is at least based here in the USA employing US citizens I don’t buy from them. With that said DIY stuff for kayaks is always a great way to save a few bucks when you’re handy. You have some pretty good videos on some DIYs that are informative to watch.
