Here in the uk i would mainly use this for hiking up mountains and in the winter they will be coved in snow. would you advise getting a more hiking specific backpack?

This backpack will hold up well in any conditions, it’s not completely water proof but it’s darn close. It’s not necessarily intended for hiking due to there being no suspension system, ventilation or water bottle pockets. It’s a great bag for any alpine adventure but not great for hiking specifically.
