Those shows only feature people they can make money off of. He doesn’t kiss the ring of any of the power players. And he’s better than the artists they’re promoting… He premiered Stranger just a couple days before Ave Maria. If you want to hear the 3rd song he premiered from this event (the order was Stranger, FLY AWAY, then Ave Maria).. maybe it would be a lighter palate cleanser for you lmao. Shows another direction he’s going into & it will probably surprise you in different ways than this 1 did :) it’s called FLY AWAY. I think your mind is a little too blown to notice yet how much improved his English has gotten!! I’m so glad you loved Stranger as much as we do! 💜 Edit- oh actually I keep forgetting just how few Dimash masterpieces you’ve actually seen! So you really never heard his English except in Hello where he did really well. Some earlier stuff like Show Must Go On & All By Myself on The Singer are unmissable, but his English was a bit rough.. another way he showed his humanity though & he could sing gibberish & I wouldn’t care. God you’ve missed so much.. hopefully one day you see a lot more.

I feel, knowing the American entertainment industry as I do, that Dimash’s honor and self respect will not allow the poison of that industry to touch him. The industry is, truthfully, disgusting. And in my opinion, should be avoided. He is a gift to humanity from above. Industry fame is from elsewhere.

Exactly my opinion. I hope he stays in his usual environment for performing and stays away from North America where, I fear, it might all end for him. I, unfortunately feel that Igor Krutoy, who is extraordinarily wealthy, and has 2 homes in the States, will bring him here. I hope that Dimash, who feels Igor is a brother/father to him, will not put all his trust in this man because, the way I see it, Dimash is the hen who lays the golden egg. I Hope and Pray I am being overly suspicious and cautious. I Hope and Pray that God will always be watching over Dimash and keep him safe.

I live in America and I absolutely agree with you. The entertainment industry is crass, vile, and digesting. Always needing the spotlight. Dimash’s music is unlike anything I’ve heard here. It draws me like a moth to flame, not to burn, but to find peace for my heart and solace for my soul. My knowledge of the Bible is not the best but I seem to recall somewhere it says something about not doing your good works where everyone can see and praise you. Only God/Allah needs to see our good works/deeds. What our Dimash does, he keeps private. That is the sign of a true selfless person.

Dude, the world would love experiencing him, but the music industry does not have a "slot" to fit him in, so they don't know how to present him, and therefore they choose not to. This is why Dimash has to invent the whole "genre" for himself. As the world is being increasingly constricted, reduced and simplified, his complexity has to struggle to get to the forefront (where he belongs), but once he does, human hearts will recognize him. I have no doubt of that.

I love love Stranger. Absolutely stunning, out early and mind-blowing. But that's Dimash. He is unique and unforgettable. Now, the very best of his MVideos - THE STORY OF ONE SKY. You're exactly right... Dimash is the best there is, was or ever will be.....He's arguably the best singer EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Many of us in North America have never heard of him, I believe, because he is being blocked by the N.A. music industry. He only performs if he can have complete control over eveything. No contracts, etc. Imagine once N.A. (North America) hears his voice, watches his prodution extravaganzas, gets to know him on his personal level as well as his familial upbringing, integrity, purity, etc. Who would feel good enough to perform after such a gifted artist? We would all know what a true musical artist really is. I think it would be a heavy blow to the N.A. music industry and people aren't going to settle for anything less than the quality he exudes. So, that's my 2 cent opinion.

I literally had a dynamic fundamental shift in my thinking as a "Christian" Artist Because of Dimash (in a very Goooood Way) a few years back. I was always Taught that you could only glorify God with your musical ability when you were creating or playing "spiritual music." That may sound stupid or easy to work through..... however when you raised in an unhealthy home AND a spiritually abusive one (I am autistic as well) it has been really tough to work and reason through as my faith has always been just as important as music or more important than anything. I realized that God CAN and DOES CREATE people to create music just for the joy of music. ❤

@@lolawants2008 it occurred to me to tell you how much trauma can impact a persons life and soul. I was a classically trained singer for over eight years. I don't claim to have been the best lol however I did have a decent voice. I was married young to a very abusive man who as a form of "punishment" Would often get angry and end up strangling me. He strangled me so much so that once he thought he killed me and the last time my trachea actually was crushed and damaged. After I left him he came looking for me and tried to kill me once more by strangling of course. Three years later, I was working and two men came in my place of employment and I was physically assaulted and one of the men again grabbed me by the throat and crushed my trachea again. Somehow at that point I was so traumatized I forgot I could sing. I did not try to sing For over 25 years. I would not listen to classical music, and entered a very dark time for many years. When I first heard Domash sing SOS & Olympico..... something to snapped inside of me and it was like my soul escaped and I remembered how to sing. I've had to go through extensive medical procedures because I also have really bad Gerd from an auto immune disease I have called Scleroderma or systemic sclerosis and I've had to have my esophagus dilated a few times. i'm definitely only shower-worthy now. But I don't care!! I I'm just living being able to open up my mouth in sing again!!

As you can see (hear), Dimash has moved on since you first heard him sing. No one could have thought it possible that Dimash could get any better, but he has. When you listen to more of his live performances and MVs, you will discover that not only can he sing, he can act also and he has become a master performer over the past few years. The music industry knows they would have a gold mine and have certainly made him offers but Dimash didn't want to concede to a specific genre. So he goes his own way, using other venues to reach his fans. Dimash is his own man and he wants to keep full control of his art. His decision may be detrimental to instant world success but that doesn't seem to be his one and only dream. He needs our praises for his determination to do it his way.

He composed the music for it, he for sure had some influence on the lyrics which were written by another lady, he wrote the script for the video, he was a brilliant actor, his vocals with something he has never shown yet and last but not least and the most important the message of it. Hi Arab Man, thank you for your great reaction. The instrument is a Kazakh two string called Kobyz. For me, the best instrument I have ever heard, it touches my soul so deeply. At the end he was thanking everybody and of course Mr. Igor Krutoy and Mr. Olzhas Kurmanbek, the kobyz musician. Thank you so much for reacting to Stranger, yet another masterpiece composed by Igor for Dimash! It was Dimash’s idea to incorporate the beautiful and haunting sound of the Qobyz: what a brilliant addition to the composition! It gives much more depth to the meaning of the song I think. Also, listening to Stranger is in and of itself a musical journey where we’re accompanying Dimash through this “stranger’s land” with each and every vocal technique and singing style which denotes a different culture and path in life. Dimash is such an amazing storyteller and performer! I agree, Dimash deserves to be a household name but I think it’s just a matter of time. He’s an Independent Artist, which is the main reason why it’s more difficult to break through the US music industry for instance. At least, he has complete creative freedom: as a genuine, passionate artist, he will never settle for less, which is how it should be. Also, his songs are not “mainstream” enough, but that’s exactly why I love his music! He blends so many different styles and techniques in one song that it’s not for everyone. But that is precisely why he’s so unique and such a musical genius!

Dimash has total control of his shows. His vision although others bring it to life. Our Dimash is a natural tenor. He’s been in vocal training since he was five and his parents realized he has absolute pitch. He’s currently studying for his PhD in musicology. He was a guest singer on Britain’s Got Talent.

I saw your first Dimash reaction more than a year ago and it was exciting and funny ! (then you disappeared for awhile). I can see he still fascinates you. Dimash and his college friend arrange the songs - so when you see 'DimashAli" - they arranged it ! Dimash refused to sign with a record company because he wanted free reign to make his own music. I listen to Dimash daily - a day without Dimash is a day without sunshine.

He actually was on one show called the worlds best i believe. He actually withdrew from the competition to give the young artists a chance. On his first song he got a perfect score from the judges a 50 and a score of 48/50 from the audience judges. It was hard to believe that 2 idiots didnt vote yes for him. The judges were very upset that they lost their star. hands down he was the best by farrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

I totally agree! He is criminally unknown here in the west! I also agree that there is no one (at least semi-famous artist) that is even close to Dimash in vocal performance.

It is high time Dimash is well known in the West.

Don't worry, the world will soon catch up and realize what a prodigy he is. The performance that got people's attention and to notice his extraordinary singing skills was in 2017 with SOS. After that, people are quickly starting to take notice. He will probably be in the Guiness Book of World Records as the best singer in the world. I hope he does because he has certainly earned that title thru his hard work and dedication.

Why don't we know much or hear about Dimash in the West? Why isn't he more well-known? There are many reasons. In the West, the music business runs on money and power. Dimash refuses to let anyone control him. He sings what he wants, composes how he wants, dresses how he wants, goes where he wants, does whatever shows he wants, and will never compromise himself or his art for anyone or anything. He has his own recording studio, his own company, his own money. No record company can tempt him and no producer can tell him what to do or get a handle on him. He is a creative rebel and an innovative maverick. Nobody in the music business can make money out of him, and he doesn't need them. He already has everything he needs. So, he isn't on Western TV or radio playlists very much. He flies under the radar, and yet he is still changing the face of music. He is building his fan base on social media in every country in the world, starting in the East, moving across Europe, into South America and probably to other planets and dimensions for all we know (it wouldn't surprise me at all 🤣🤣🤣). As for North America, Dimash did compete in The World's Best talent show in the US but something very unfortunate happened there that I think may well have turned him off having any more dealings with shows, producers, TV and the music business in the Western world. Dimash has very high honour and integrity. The producers and some of the judges of the show did not. He made it quite clear that he would not compete against children. After all, he has 23 years of musical training and they only have a few years. As far as he is concerned an adult never ever competes against children, rather the adult teaches and encourages the children to become better and never discourages them. If he had won a big competition against children it would have been a travesty, dishonourable and grossly unfair. So, believing the assurances of the show that there were no children competing he signed the contract to do it. But they were sneaky. They made the contestants come in one at a time to record their performance and put measures in place to make sure that no contestant met the others backstage. Then they brought in children. Dimash found out because while he was in the city he bumped into one of the little girls and he knew her. They spoke, and I guess she confirmed she was in the show. That week he resigned from the competition, on camera, very politely, saying that it was an honour for him to sing for the esteemed judges but that he wished them to allow him to resign due to there being children on the show and that he would never compete against children. One of the judges had a vested interest in the show being successful as apparently he had invested heavily in it (perhaps he particularly wanted Dimash because of his fan base, meaning the viewing figures would be high and the rights become valuable). He was very angry and he rudely dissed Dimash on camera. So did another judge. You should have seen Dimash's face when he realised what they were saying. He sang his final song (for the studio audience and as a point of honour), and then he left. He said afterwards he would never do another competition. In an interview later he did not specifically refer to the incident, but did say that he did not like the 'music business'. After he completed his New York concert a little later (it had already been set up), he never returned to America, except for a couple of days in September 2022, and that was to sing the Kazakh national anthem in a boxing ring in Las Vegas in support of his countryman Gennady Golovkin, a Kazakh boxer, who was about to defend his title against Canelo Alveres. Dimash gave it his all, and after the performance people from both sides were clamouring to know who this amazing singer was. It was a televised event, he made a big impression, and I think a lot more people know who he is now than before. I imagine he will grow in America slowly and organically. He has many influential reactors reacting to his songs in the US. Bit by bit he will become known. But he won't push it. It'll come eventually.

И как это бывает у Димаша, он все наполняет особенным смыслом, ничего не делает просто так - на огромные экраны выводилось видео, экранизация казахских легенд о Домбре и Кобызе. текст читал сам Димаш. Ну и интересный факт - вам как правоверному мусульманину будет интересно, летом Димаш совершил Хадж. Так что его Вера всегда с ним. И в его мыслях, и в его поступках, и в его вокале.

Unfortunately if you want to be seen in this world (fame) you have to cow down to the entertainment gods who have to have more than their fair slice of you. He is known to the world except the states because they are greedy and will not allow you to be on the radio UNLESS you retain an American production team/mentor in America. We speak to highly of ourselves at times and miss out on so much art. Dimash has said of that news that he has his own production company so he will do MANY concerts in America so he is known everywhere!

I completely agree with what was said at the end. Dimash is a master performer! It’s not just his singing, it’s how he moves, how he dresses, his facial expressions and the visual effects on the stage, coming together for an epic show. I was at the Prague concert and it was the most beautiful, amazing experience. The fact that he’s not the biggest star in the music world is crazy to me. I’m in England and the only person that knew who Dimash is when I spoke about him is from China. I’m hoping so much that the rumour that he may work with Hans Zimmer (Dune part 2?) is true, as Across Endless Dimensions shows he has the perfect voice for a movie soundtrack, especially if it’s sci-fi (Diva Dance). Thank you for the Dimash reactions, I’ll look forward to seeing the next one.

Кто то из певцов российских говорил на ютубе что ему делать нечего в Америке только в азиатских странах он будет иметь успех. В Америке типа такое его исполнение песен не прокатит. Я уверена его признаёт весь мир. Его ещё не раз будут приглашать америка и всё остальные страны где он не был. И мы будем этому свидетелями. И Да будет так! ❤
