पूरे 6 महिने हो गये मुझे ये उपवास करते हूये.... काफी फायदा हुआं है वजन घटाने मे ....श्याम 5 बजे के बाद मे कू छ भी नहीं खाता... सबरे 9 बजे तक .... शूरू शुरु मे भूक सहन नहीं होती थी...तो रात को खिरा खा लेता था कभी एखाद टमाटर खा के पेटभर पाणी पी लेता था ....अब आदत हो गयी ... मॉर्निंग 9 बजे से लेकर श्याम 5 बजे तक जो भी खाने का मन करता है खा लेता हूं.... नॉनव्हेज खाना है तो दोपहर से पहले ही खा लेना

यह बात आपने बहुत सही समझायी है...१६ घन्टे का व्रत.. वास्तव में हमारे शरीर को इतने भोजन की आवश्यकता नहीं होती, जितना हम पूरे दिन खाते है.. स्वस्थ रहने का बहुत अच्छा ढंग बताया... धन्यवाद..

I eat at 5: 30 at the latest in the evening and eat at 10 am. It was difficult in the beginning but now my body is conditioned. I take a healthy smoothie and one egg plus half avocado, a small apple or green salad at noon, and a nice dinner at 5 pm. Then I go for my walk I am sixty but my energy is like 20 and I look no older than 40. I am on intermittent fasting. for years now and I love it.

Best Information ever we Grab from Dr. Salim sir 🙏 बिलकुल सहमत सर आपके परामर्श से,,,,, पहले के लोग दिन ढलने से पहले भोजन कर लेते थे क्योंकि सूरज ढलने के बाद हमारी पाचन क्रिया मंदी हो जाती है। इसलिए आप नोट कीजिए जैन लोग भी शाम होने से पहले अपना भोजन कर लेते है। एंड वाकई इसके बहुत अच्छे results है। Thank you sir🙏

Dr. Zaidi, It is not correct suggesion all d Aurved & Unani Hakims suggests heavy & full of protien breakfast in d morning,dinner must... if one goes wd your direction he/ she will not only become weak but all type of other bimari will attack him/her. Such practice or fasting once or twoice a week is Ok. Needs re- thinking/reading....

Great advice, thank you. Including 16 hr intermittent fasting, regular fasting like ekadashi, Poornima, ashtami, jayantis, navratri etc all give wonderful benefits. It's the reason they have been advised to us.
