@@freakerzzzx well for one thing he is back, a second thing is Darkon’s elegy is the best piece of content aqw has ever made and it came out years after Miltonius left. Is every update a hit? Nah course not but to completely dismiss all the work other artists do over there is just narrow minded, and also something Miltonius probably wouldn’t want you saying/using his name for

Uni-horn was in fact a 1% drop. I remember the days of people throwing themselves at a boss in absolute chaos, just hoping that they’d be in the rotation to kill. Now there are classes that solo 😂

A lot of things like that have changed, and I didn’t know if they randomly just decided to make Aqw easier? or was there a storyline somewhere that somehow powers up the player and explains all this craziness?

@@user-gh3sl8zw9y it started when they added endgame content like ultras, which was only necessary because people felt there wasn’t actually a substantial incentive for getting VHL and chronos other than flexing. By the time meta roles like tanks, dps, and support got fleshed out, they realized there weren’t enough new players active to justify the inadequacy of low-tier classes so those got reworked. The game got easier because a lot of aspects got harder like player population/ultras. They wanted to make the game approachable to newbies while allowing the endgame players to still experience growth and settled on the current state as a balanced approach. With hindsight, I personally think it was the right decision as someone who’s been regularly playing off and on.

I returned a few days ago for my accounts 14th birthday, havent played in years so its been fun going on the nostalgia trip. Don't really have anything cool or rare but i do have the ebil dread armor that matches with your chainsaw hand in my buyback

Chaos shaper got buffed some time ago and is pretty strong for late game content. And Blood titan is still a really solid tank, tho pretty slow for today's standard

unless you're whaling it takes a LOOONG time to get IODAs, and then usually people spend them on collection chests. rares are still pretty dang cool

I returned after 4-5 year break, and found out I missed SEVERAL gold mines of items... Was biiit upset. Especially Gravelyn Bank Pet and Nulgath's Chests... At least they added 2 more.

before, getting nulgath items need more bag space and i took me years to get :( but for now its quite simple to have those items

I just came back yesterday and im grinding everything again, short lile 200 av to start a farm for a class, sad days

Farming become easier right now, this makes og players really sad coz they spent months to get stuff way back then that a new player could only get in a week or even just a day. The treasure that og players have are rare items, years of played achievements and those priceless memories with other players that time aqw was popular.

also just returned for like a decade the ultra bosses making it fun. nostalgia.

last time i quit, the level cap was 65. When I return in Jan 2024, I speedrun to lvl 100 (taking advantage of the server exp boost + exp boost item) lol it only took approx 1-2 days. If your account is 15 years old, you can get the IoDA

@@judechristopher2162 I was farming at that shadow battleon map and turned in the medals. they were people who farmed so it's fast. doing solo is too slow and not worth it

I wish I could tell you, my ping is around 100-200 on most severs as I’m in the UK. My Pc specs are very high end and I also record from a second computer. But flash is very very limited, if I use to many skills to quick, the game will instantly drop frames rapidly.

you didn't play much, i think you already played enough more than what an endgame players can right now, that ungodly reavers of nulgath is already part of "played too much" back then if you farm it way back when farming nulgath items is just straight up insane. right now the endgame is just nothing to compare the grind before like the reputation back then is the most annoying thing to deal with just to get one class, now you can easily farm all the reputations of AQW in just a week and have a lot of reputation classes that is now AC as well means you can put them now to bank unlike before that I'm crying in space inventory and forced to delete my not strong non AC classes. you do miss a lot of things, but your account does have value when coming back as theres a lot of content to do that can't be finish by a casual person now. you do visit AQW per year i see, as you have honorable hero the best badge no one can take from your account, it's like a badge that you were there that time.

Pretty sure the game isnt as p2w anymore. You do progress faster as a member but end game enhancement are unlocked for free player 2 now.

It’s just an estimate, the main time I was playing is 2010-2012 (When I was really into it) but ofc over 2013 possibly 2014 I signed in here and there and did things, and on top before I made this video I had played a bit and done some quests.

I don't believe everyone is a bot, just when I see a person stand in 1 spot spamming abilities for 30+ mins, it do be bit sus :) But ill make a full video soon on my thoughts on botting etc etc!

2 weeks in ive got legion revenant, void highlord and legion beast helm. Ive done tons more but all those grinds ive realised are just plane and boring sittiing in 1 spot for hours on end spamming. The games getting boring and honestly makes sense why people bot now. The game is stupidly boring. And grinds are stupid long. Story mode is just lack luster and stale im feeling like quitting again.
