Heard your feedbacks that my previous video wasn’t showing clearly on where the wires should go. So I made another video on installing aqara wall switch in a Singapore HDB home. And I answered some of questions asked in my previous Aqara Wall Switch Video. Hope this will help you!!

hello could you share a little more on this switch as i'm also thinking of buying the Aqara switches, but i have some doubts 1) any issues with the no neutral switches you are using so far? i understand that the longevity of the Aqara switches without neutral has reliability issues. From your first video over a year ago, are both switches running well till to date? 2) did you install a capacitor across your aqara switches to solve the flickering issue etc? or you went without a capacitors, no issues so far?

Heya MADS, thanks for the video. I've been doing some research on the xiaomi smart home systems and I'm confused by the xiao mi home vs xiao mi aqara variants. it seems like the new xiao mi devices are all under aqara now and will be controlled by the aqara app? I'm wondering if the aqara gateway ans app syncs with google home as i've seen some forums saying they dont. Thanks

Joel Soh aqara is part of the xiaomi eco system. So u could automate it with other devices in the xiaomi ecosystem. And few days back I managed to link from mihome to google home. Aqara itself has an app that you could link with google home too

Joel Soh they have an ac plug but I don’t think it works for sg. But you could still control it with xiaomi universal ir. I have a video on it. Felix Kho the aqara switch itself no issues. It depends on the light. If u are referring to flickering, it could be resolved by adding a capacitor to the light. So far I’ve used COB LED, SMD LED, T5 and LED bulbs... SMD LED is the only light with minimal flickers
