I've got the base model, kept the stock pipe but removed the Flapper valve & servo motor so its sounds awesome.

Sounds very good and The pipe looks nice :)

What mirrors are those? Rizoma Veloce? Could you post a vid with a close up? I’m trying to decide between these and the Namic ones…🤔☺️

Yes they are the Rizoma Veloce Naked. I was also undecided with the Namic model, but in the end I chose the Veloce Naked model because the mirrors fit better with the front of the Tuono and are less noticeable. However the Veloce mirrors are not adjustable, you adjust them when you mount them but then they are fixed. The mirror is not directional. I don't know if this is also the case for the Namic model.

Excellent! Out of interest do you know if the EU5 Akra pipe is identical to the EU4 Akra pipe, just re-certified as EU5? They look identical. Got the race Akra on my RSV4 but I’m considering the EU5 pipe for the same reasons as you i.e looks aesthetically better and keeps things legal.

What I write I don't know personally, but based on what I've read elsewhere. The Euro 4 version installs easily on the Euro 5 model but scratches slightly on the swingarm and in the long run is ruined. In addition, Aprilia is now working with SC Project who should produce the homologated version in the future.

It's the original Euro 5. Compared to the original exhaust, the design is beautiful, the quality of the materials is excellent, the sound is just a little bit better (more pops). A purely aesthetic whim.

Did you remove the wires for the exhaust valve so that it stays open all the time?

No, I purposely left everything legal. If you want to have the exhaust valve always open, it's much better to buy the optional Akra exhaust not homologated, which also includes a specific map made by Aprilia.

Sono passato alla Tuono perché più adatta alla mia statura. Ormai con un po' di testa tutte le moto moderne sono facilmente guidabili grazie all'elettronica. Il resto è solo spettacolo fatto dagli youtuber che devono fare visualizzazioni e raccontano queste moto come bestie indomabili.

If you compare it to the stock Exhaust, is it even louder? (Standing Noise?/ Driving?) Thinking about to buy one for my 2021. But I'm very insecure if it's really worth it.

This is the Akra Euro 5 exhaust (with all the regulatory restrictions). At half the price there is a non homologated Akra. It depends on what you want and what you are looking for.

Sounds very.. docile and tame? Still nice but not really agressive as you'd expect from this monster. Suited for folks that want a sporty sound but not too much I guess.
