Salam .sir ur show is very knowledgeable.u r so good person .my question is i came this country 2010 as A vistor i didnt go back i have a desease colitis and my treatment continue from last 7 years.i put humanright case my biomatix done this jan.i geting infusion in every two weeks so simple is what u think or ur experience about my case
Please tell me if a person has been granted discretionary grant after 11 years in Uk where as the person came as student legally and than with in visa switched to asylum but granted discretionary and their children are British too and husband has ILR can they apply for ILR STRAIGHT AWAY instead of discretionary extension ? As discretionary grant is for 6 years. My couple of friends have applied straight away indefinite on window please tell me before someone waste their fees for ILR. Do they need to complete 6 years on discretionary or can they apply ILR straight away
Salam sir Applied for flr fp and mentioned In application my passport with home office so on biometric appointment don’t have photo ID which photos iD I can take for biomatric expired passport copy or expired national iD card which is in urdu?thanx

ILR dv route per milta hai to passport k liye 1 sal bad apply kar saktay hain ya 5 sal pora kar ke apply karna hoga?
