  Sir I want to get asylum in any other country right now I'm in dubai my husband used to beat me want me to go back to pakistan and live with his parents where they gave me mental torture and if I go to my parents house my in laws will never let my kids to live with me I'm also 3 month pregnant 🤰.   We need to start sending emails to Labour MPs regarding 20 years law is illegal la for those who lived long time in uk this is not humanity law this is unlawful which one last govt use in 14 years if everyone agree plz start sending email your local MPs plz raise voice in parliament

  1. Can we apply Retained rights of residence in case of British spouse (non eu) as well? 2. If 3 years from the marriage date in which spent 1 year in pakistan and 2 years with spouse in the uk? Will be eligible for retained rights? 3. Can retained rights application be applied if dv application is refused?
