Having applied for three visas already to the UK and successfully. I agree with all he says. And especially on the last point. I've been on online immigration forums. Sometimes they are very useful. At other times, they are guessing the answer. My overall impression is that they don't know anyone who has actually worked in UK immigration, and pass on information a friend has told them. Accurate or not. One tip. If in doubt, re-read the official government website. That will give you an accurate idea of what they want.

Hello sir,thank you for this lecture. I was given uk visa in 2004 and 2011 ,l spent 14days& 10days respectively, but in 2017 I applied through an agent cos application was changed to online, the agent submitted fake bank statement for me without my concept and the passport was not sent to me till today. Later in 2019 MAY I applied again and said I have not been refused for any application (I did not see the passport i submitted in 2017 and the question option says choose Yes or No).when they sent my passport I submitted last in 2019 ,they refused me and said until I address the issues I may likely be refused again. PLEASE WHAT CAN I DO.

My appointment for Ireland visa is on this 13th Feb 2023. However I am going their to meet my friend staying in ireland. She is sponsoring this. Now, while checking i realised that i selected wrong sub category i.e : Single entry "Tourist" visa instead of Single entry " Family or friend" visa. On Internet I cant find enough details on this mistake. VFS global is closed as it is saturday here in India. Also they say they will need 2 days to revert. It depends on what he did with your debit card , no one can do anything with only debit card of yours they need all the details of yours including ( with out giving by you how he knows all the details of yours ) I don’t think it effects your spouse visa - on the visa application they will only ask about your previous visa status only or any criminal convictions- this bank fraud don’t come under criminal convictions .

I am applying for skilled worker visa for UK ( IT ) In the UK government website, i see they need a proof of all countries where i stayed more than 6 months time in the past 10 years Does that mean i need to PCC from each country where i stayed for more than 6 months I stayed in Saudi arabia 2010-2014 , i am not sure if saudi arabia will issue PCC for people who left country for more than 5 years, in such case what can be done ?
