Hi Mr Dubal, my tier 2 skilled worker visa says that i am entitled to 28 days paid leave in a year. Can i take more unpaid leaves if my employer agrees to give? Will there be any issue from home office or while getting ILR in future?

The conditions of the visa allow 4 weeks UNPAID leave in any calendar year. If this is exceeded your sponsor must cancel your visa. A retrospective breach might affect your ILR if your are still working for the same sponsor when you apply, in that they might have compliance action taken against them (impacting your ILR)
