Why was i crying while watching? Wishing you all peace and love. ❤❤❤ Thank you for sharing. 🥰
This was unexpectedly lovely... I watched and listened as I scanned photos from a very old family album. Thank you. xx
Only thing missing was the smell of the forest. Think about all the people who walked and will walk this trail. Years ago your family walked the Camino Francis. Everyone's life is a pilgrimage. Thanks

Yep, we are walkers, and we always get value from the long walk.
Ahhh So beautiful, thank you....
In the stillness, God speaks! ❤ Beautiful! 😊

Glad you enjoyed the stillness
This was a very cool way to present your walk. I am currently listening to a book on audible called The body keeps score, about how trauma is stored in the body.

This book is sooo good. I am 1/3 through it on the trail.
This was beautiful thank you!
So glad the camera didn’t keep looking straight down the whole video. Thank you , love your you tube channel.

Hi Cindy, I think that the camera was not looking down but the trail was mostly going up in those moments. ❤

Thank you from Texas 💕

Oh wow! Such a peaceful time. Thank you for this beautiful gift! So priceless.
❤
Do you ever find it easier when you don't have a lot of gain to be hiking without using your poles? I love my trekking poles but sometimes I feel like they're holding me back a little bit, especially when I don't really need them. Thanks for the quiet day!. Love you both Sunshine & captain 🥾🥾

There as so many ups and downs that it is pointless to put the poles away. However, when we hit some long stretches of flats we will put them away. Met a guy the other day who hikes without poles and swears by ti.
This is beautiful. What comes to mind is that the trail is so narrow. The forest is so lush and green. What an adventure. Thank you for sharing this different experience on the AT.🥰

It is super narrow. We never get to walk side by side and chat so we are always yelling back and forth. Ha.
Glad to see you were able to navigate your way through the portion that had the downed trees. It is i8mpressive how well the trail is maintained. Those AT trail volunteers are truly amazing as they have to haul all the equipment in and out to do the tasks. Do AT hikers have a way of notifying them as to where there is a blockage that need help? Wonderful experience.

We have seen trail maintainers at multiple times and they usually ask if we saw any blow downs behind us.
Thank you! I enjoy your vlogs and Will’s editing and music!💜😘

Thank you. We might need to modify it a bit during the hike, but it will be back as you know it in September. Probably shorter versions for the summer.
I went biking in the rain to prepare for e-bike Camino. I got soaked. I thought. Wonder if ya all have waterproof pants ?? I’m buying today. Along with shoe covers. If I stopped I got cold

I have rainproof pants that I just talked about in a vlog, but if iit is raining hard rainproof with useless. If you are biking in summer you will not want the heat that the pants generate, but put something warm on at the end of the day after a hot shower.
ok kind of video, but next time could you show more of the bush around you and some of the views you migkth come across.
