You asked yesterday what we all do for our mental health. Well this morning I was struggling and guess what I did?? Watched you guys and immediately felt better! No pressure (you aren’t responsible for my mental health 😂) but you really do inspire positive vibes🥰😘 I miss seeing how and what Will is doing. It would be so fun if we got a little snapshot of his day once in awhile🥰 Is he still at the same place or has he moved yet?

Awh, thanks. Glad it helped Jackie. Will is back at the same place he lived when we began. He will be there until the end of June.

Hiking in the rain. You should have started singing in the rain. That would have been funny. Thanks for explaining World Towning. Now I need a hat and T shirt with that on it.

My daughter our dog and myself hiked in Adirondack in rain. I kinda liked. Peaceful. As long as it wasn’t cold. I did my log to log hike but made it to the top. Unfortunately we were socked in so no views. Going down was tricky (slippery slope)

You have heard of jumping spiders but you are near where it's reported to have Barking Spiders. Some say that they make a sound like a dog barking at a distance. They are harmless but they have been known that they can get into tents and sleeping bags. when they bite it feels like a mild electric sting /shock . They got me one night up on our hunting lease. More of a bother than anything else. You can increase your strength by doing Interval Training. Easiest when you are doing the light pack thingie but it starts with taking your pulse while walking then pick an area where you can run flat out for 200 yds. keep walking while keeping track of the pulse rate until it gats back down to the start. Repeat several times during the day. Log the times it took and soon they will shorten up. If you can reduce it by 1/3 you have accomplished a lot and should be proud of yourselves. ............................ enjoy

@@WorldTowning Years back Consumer Reports did a thingie on insect sprays. The non DEET products were only effective for about an hour or so and could be more expensive. Sorry about your DEET sensitivity ...... enjoy

Thanks for the Memories. My family, Husband, Myself, Daughter, Son in law and 2 granddaughters hiked the Balds up from Carver's Gap; years ago after my Husband finished his Chemo. It was our first hike together, after his diagnosis and the last one we were able to all do together. Touching the corners of Three states at once is a fond memory, and the photo I have makes me smile. I feel like I was with you although most of our hike was in the open not under the canopy of the trees. The views were amazing. You are amazing. Be well and keep Walking and Talking and taking us along.
