Thank you SOO much for the awesome shout out to Kenect, location #2! Yes, most of our apartment are furnished and we also offer housewares for a low monthly fee. We offer 30 day to 14 month leases, very pet friendly, and 16,000 sq ft of coworking. Work from home, but not from "home." Thank you for naming us your favorite gyms and amenities! Come by if you need an office space after you find your home. We'd love to have you at Kenect events too!

Actually loved that last studio.

I loved all the apartments your toured. Even that last studio you toured. While it looked small I did like how the bedroom area appeared to be in a separate little room. Even living alone I prefer 1 bedroom because I like my bedroom to be a separate room from the rest of the apartment.

Man the first one had me sold as soon as i saw it ! 😮‍💨wish i was moving in there.

5 was definitely by far my favorite. Do these apartments all come furnished or that’s just for viewing

if you're not dead set on Nashville look around the outer areas can get more bang for your buck ....in the same situation of down sizing and moving myself

I like apt 3 on the second apartment search it had abalcony, big closet in bathroom

Def Apartment no 4 has the best lighting and place and space

4 and 5 are nice as well. And you know someone in there so that will be a good one.and it's not downtown.

Okay, European here. 🙋🏼‍♀️The apartments look great, but I have a question. Is it normal for apartment complexes in the US to have pools, co-working spaces and a gym? Cause it definitely isn't where I live.

No, it isn’t. It’s becoming more common for new buildings in big cities to offer these facilities though. Especially since lately there has been an “entrepreneur boom” and a growing working-from-home culture

It's not. But in bigger cities they are offering these amenities. Although I wish we can exchange these amenities for affordable housing.

The only thing that sucks about wanting to live alone in Nashville, is having to make 4 to 5 grand minimum for a minimally nice apartment 😭

Just get a roommate or 2 and you’ll be able to do 1000-1200
