  I was always told before adopting a kitten that they puke, fart, and sneeze a ton but I guess my cat is no ordinary cat. He has never puked nor farted while i’ve had him for the past 11 months and he has only sneezed like twice that i’ve seen.

  10000 steps is not necessary. It's an arbitrary amount chosen to promote walking, but recent research shows there's no more health benefits in terms of cardiovascular disease, cancer etc. when you get 8000 steps! Everyone should definitely do what feels good but this has helped me to not feel discouraged because I was doing better than I thought I was

  I work from home but not self employed. I have set hours but I do find it hard to share a workspace with my living space. I have a 1 bedroom apt so part of my living room is my desk/work space. I wanted to upgrade to a 2 bedroom so I could have an “office room” but the extra $200 a month in rent is a lot when I’m trying to save for a down payment on a house/condo. Plus my 1 bedroom apt rent is 50 percent of my take home pay already.

  Those press on nails are so cute! Love them. I’ve been doing press on nails since Covid and my favorite brand is impress. It says that you don’t need to use nail glue with them, but I do anyway. They last at least a week every time.
